If looking for Gluten Free - DO NOT EAT HERE if you have Celiac Disease. Their menu has Gluten Free options, but should have a disclaimer that there is a high chance of coming in contact with gluten! For those who are gluten free by choice, this is not an issue, but for those with Celiac Disease it is a HUGE issue! My daughter got the linguine with pesto (gf) and got violently ill. I called and spoke with the owner and he could care less. I asked if it was made in a separate area and he informed me they clean the table, so I then asked if its cooked in a separate pan of water etc and was appalled that he actually said ' yeah, we try to but sometimes the kitchen gets busy' WTH?!!!! and then said, I have others who order and don't get sick or ever call (I said many times people don't call, they just don't go back!) He said 'oh your daughter must be super sensitive to it', YES SHE IS!!! I said he really needs to have a disclaimer on his website that there is a moderate chance of cross-contamination so those who MUST be gluten free know the risks. He offered nothing to me except to say she can call him directly and he will make her food personally, I am so upset at how cavalier he was about how sick it made my daughter. Won't go into the gory details (any Celiac folks out there have a good idea though), but violently ill for 3 1/2 hours, missed an entire day of college classes / a quiz, and the next day still can't eat much. I don't usually write scathing reviews, but I am COMPLETELY APPALLED at how un-sympathetic he was when I called! She will never go back there and will tell anyone who has Celiac. It's really a shame as she said it...

Thank you for your response. It’s immediately clear that you truly value your restaurant as an owner. Yes, it was Uber Eats customer support that I was dealing with. In my situation, the last thing I wanted was to spend time before giving birth trying to argue and fight for a refund for, unfortunately, a bad meal today. In the future, I’ll know that I can call you directly and you will help.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent over an hour in the support chat. I spoke with two representatives, and neither of them was able to provide a clear answer or a proper solution to my issue.
I ordered three dishes from an Italian restaurant, and we couldn’t eat two of them. We were forced to take photos, which we provided, but they still refused to issue a refund for the two inedible dishes.
The first dish was for a child, and it was extremely salty. My child couldn’t eat it. The second dish was for me. I am pregnant and giving birth tomorrow. The pasta was completely dry, as if it wasn’t fresh, as if it had been sitting out for several hours and then delivered to me. This kind of food could potentially cause harm, especially to someone in my condition.
We spent almost $70 on this order. They offered to refund me only $13.40. I find this insulting.
We were left hungry. Again, my child couldn’t eat anything, I am pregnant, and we were essentially robbed of both our money and our food.
They didn’t even explain how they calculated this $13.40 refund. The service was absolutely terrible. They refused to refund more. I find this...
Read moreIf Tampa had a Little Italy neighborhood, Don Rigatoni would be both the cornerstone and the capstone!
Came all the way from New Tampa to try this take-out only spot and while at night, it may a little hidden, once you open the world, it’s a whole new world accented by amazing aromas and cool decor.
But let’s be honest, it’s the aroma which grabs your attention and the menu which keeps you there! Multiple types of home made pastas, scratch crafted sauces, and a variety of extras to go with it.. wow! Just wow! Again, Italy has found a home in Tampa and it fits just right.
Here’s the spiel: you choose from 20 pastas, 12 sauce, and 12 extras (proteins or veggies). Then your custom dish is handmade and boxed up for you to take home (or on a picnic) to consume!
I had the linguini, with the quattro formaggi, plus a topping of grilled chicken and whew! The drive home simply smelling the tantalizing meal was nearly torture. Until I pulled in the garage, I couldn’t fight it anymore and HAD to have a quick bite. Magic, pure magic! Even the garlic bread, warm and buttery, made me almost shed a tear of bliss!
I will DEFINITELY be back! And plan to do the entire menu of at least the pastas (& maybe the sauces) by the end of the 2020 year!...
