Jasel Jewelry - Permanent Jewelry and Piercing — Local services in Tampa

I walked into Jasel today since I was in the area. I just realized after looking at the website that you can (and probably should) make an appointment. Luckily I came at a time where there wasn't anyone else in the store. I got my first permanent bracelet from Jasel at a pop up event about a year ago. Today was my first time coming to the store.

Hannah helped me pick out another bracelet. She was really patient and was able to figure out what type of style I was looking for after chatting with me. The store itself isn't that large but there is a lot to choose from (which did feel a bit overwhelming at first). Volkan heard some of the conversation I was having with Hannah and started talking to both of us at one point. I enjoyed the conversation with Hannah and Volkan.

I really value good customer service and personally think it's even more important now that people (including myself) don't do as much shopping in person. It's clear to me that everyone at Jasel has been trained to provide the best experience possible. I'm excited to come back to the store...

Walked in with the intention of purchasing a pair of earrings. I was totally ignored. I walked around for a solid couple of minutes to try figure out who worked there. It’s not even as if they were busy. Is this how people from here operate? Guess I had to “look” a particular way to be helped. A lady who walked in a couple minutes after and was greeted right away. I love to support small businesses but I’ll just take my business elsewhere. *IN RESPONSE TO THE RESPONSE. First why would I lie? There’s no need for that, and that’s insulting. I visited your Hyde park location at approximately 2ish this afternoon. Myself and my daughter (who was in pink). By all means review your cameras. We were definitely there and IGNORED. I had been debating on getting permanent jewelry for a really long time, one day I was in downtown Tampa and there was a bunch of pop up shops and I seen jasel, their products looked beautiful and the line was very long so I decided to Google the shop and after looking over the styles and seeing they had a 1 year warranty I was sold and set up an appointment for my girlfriend and I for our birthdays! When I tell you the owner is the SWEETEST lady I have EVER met I mean it and I’ve met lots of people from here to Wisconsin to Minnesota and back! She is VERY hard working she has worked so hard to open this store and she deserves every single bit of it! Her prices are great, she offers refreshments, is very helpful with picking out what will look good on you, and has the cutest little shop!
