Avoid This Dunkin’ – They Don’t Respect Their Customers Date of Visit: February 13, 2025, at 5:22 PM I was on my way to an event and figured I’d grab a quick donut. Simple, right? Apparently not at this Dunkin'. This place was closed when I arrived. No sign explaining why. No notice on the door. Just closed. There were employees inside, standing around casually chatting. Not one of them acknowledged me at the door. They just continued their conversation like I didn’t exist.
Meanwhile, cars were pulling into the drive-thru and just sitting there, waiting for a response that never came. No signage in the drive-thru either. Just people left confused, assuming they were open because...well, why wouldn't they be open at 5:22 PM?
🚫What I Can’t Stand: I have zero tolerance for businesses that move into a neighborhood but don’t respect the people in that community enough to provide good customer service. Closing randomly in the middle of the evening with no explanation? That is just disrespectful. Businesses communicate with their customers because it shows basic respect. When they do not communicate, it’s a clear message that they really do not care. They think the people they serve are not worthy.
Why go through all the trouble of opening a business just to be this bad at running it? That just puzzles me. Why are you closed at 5:22 PM? Do you not have enough product? Do people not drink coffee or want donuts after work? I don’t get it. If you’re struggling with supply or staffing, at least put up a sign and let people know. The lack of communication is just bad business.
Find another Dunkin'. Do not waste your time supporting a business that doesn't think highly of...
Read moreThis is a newly opened location. Management is at fault here. I go into the bathroom before buying my donuts, shortly afterwards, I realize there is no toilet paper at all, zero, no hand towels nothing. I am dripping with nothing to wipe. Than realized the big toilet paper holder is on the floor. It's the big one that holds 2 large roll, but its empty. I only had my wallet, I had no Kleenex or anything on me I could use.
So I am forced to go partly out of the door with my clothes still down, to call attention hoping one of the employees hear me, they did. No toilet paper I said, my pants still half way down. She looks at me than turns as though to get some. But she never comes, I wait, and wait no one comes. I open the door and call out again. One male customer at the counter here's me, I ask him to bring me nakins, he does, he brings me the entire napkin holder. Thank goodness for the male customer. I had to stay tight behind the door because again, my clothes were still down.
Once out of the bathroom, I saw the female employee go into the mens room. Never once came to the women's bathroom and I still saw no toilet paper in her had. I went to the counter and asked to speak to the Manager. Ths mgr kept saying she was coming but she never came to speak with me, after waiting again for so long, I left the store.
Left a message for the owner Demere. Bad management, the first thing you should do before opening is check your bathroom and throughout the day. Very poor management.
Buying doughnuts at this time, was out of...
Read moreI love dunkin' donuts quality products. Of course their coffee and coffee drinks are really good. I also like the variety of sandwiches sweets and sometimes the ice cream treats. The issue I have with most of the Dunkin donuts that I visit is that they are understaffed and busy during peak and non-peak hours. I don't blame the staff I blame management and upper management. I say this because I have experience in the restaurant management and in this type of atmosphere I believe people expect to be in and out especially when getting coffee now speaking from experience avoided four to eight minutes 10 minutes sometimes before I was a to get my non specialty drink of coffee iced coffee and that's because orders were piling in customers were waiting and they were shorts. This is made me not go to dunkin' donuts as often as I would like and pick other spots like gas stations and give it four because the quality is good and I do believe that the employees are there they're giving their effort and it's not their fault but they're not scheduling more people I think it's amazing the...
