I wanted to share my experience during our first visit. I brought my child here after school, and we ordered a Philly cheesesteak and ice cream. An older gentleman took our order and was very friendly. However, after he went to the back to prepare our food, we were attended to by another staff member—a skinny guy with glasses and a ponytail—who was preparing the ice cream.

After finishing my son's ice cream, he took off his gloves and seemed uncertain about my order when I politely reminded him that I had also ordered ice cream. His demeanor came across as agitated and condescending, which made our experience uncomfortable. Despite there being only two other customers in the restaurant, he seemed overwhelmed and stressed. It appeared that even simple tasks like walking and talking were too much for him.

If it weren’t for the older gentleman’s kindness, I might have considered not returning. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

One of the few eateries open Monday lunch time on the island, we gave it a go. My first impression was underwhelming because of the smell of something burnt but who among us has not burned a food item or two during a meal prep? We boldly ordered a Cuban and a burger. Both were very good and quite flavorful! The service was straightforward and capable and the prices were reasonable in our current inflationary situation. They had water available at no cost and easily available. The seats outside were a bit narrow or maybe our posteriors were too wide not sure which. I would definitely go again and give another...
