Happy Crab — Restaurant in Tampa

I called the store to inform them of the food that they sent to my home instead of owning that maybe there is room for improvement I was only given excuses. I did not want to go back-and-forth with the merchant so I hung up the young ladies that says she’s the manager and she said she’s the only person that speaks English so I couldn’t speak to any other manager called my phone back after I hung up to inform me that I am a bad person. I gave it a few minutes and called again because that was not my reason for calling I did not want to call to argue with a merchant I wanted to call so that they would be understanding that it’s not good to send seafood out that is undercooked or overcooked she still did not acknowledge that calling my phone back to argue with me was inappropriate I then just tell her have a good day this is unacceptable and this is not how you treat people if that is the way you treat people I hope you are out of...

HORRIBLE!! That the only word to describe it. From the service to the food was bad. Went there Saturday 3/13, a group of 4. We ordered oysters for our appetizer, our food and drinks. Our entire arrived first. Then our drinks. Opened the silverware that was given to us.. OMG!! DISCUSSING. DIRTY. AND BENT IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. The forks look like they was opening can with it. If someone wasn't paying attention they would have gotten hurt. It was that bad. We had to ask for plastic ware. Called over our server to have the silverware removed, she refused to touch them with her own hands, but want us to eat with it.. Asked to speak with the manager, he didn't come. Me and my fiancé tried this place for the first time yesterday. Now I can honestly say that the seasoning in itself was very good. We sat inside and ate our food. The young Chinese lady that took our order was nonchalant and didn’t seem to be very active like it was a bad day for her. We ordered the dungeon crabs and shrimp dinner with a dozen of oysters. The crabs were over cooked and mushy. I also got a half and half which is lemonade and sweet tea mixed, DO NOT BUY THOSE DRINKS. The tea was sour like it was going bad and I got very sick.
