If i could give zero stars i would . I've been a customer for years . I went in to get my chain fixed Once and they charged me 12dollars . The chain was not fixed well and it looked burned and the color changed . Then it popped the next day i went back two days later and They Charged me 7dollars To Fix My Chain. Then I Went Back Today and The man said he would charge me 10dollars ,so i was like last time they charged me 7dollars then He said he has been Charging the same price for years . Customer service will be the downfall of this business. . Whoever runs their Instagram account will and has already cost them thousands of dollars. I spent 370 on a ring that I love.. but the guy told someone on Instagram 1 price, then jacked up the price on me. I confronted him about it and all he did was tell me to take my money elsewhere so i did. Spent 1120 on a 10mm Cuban link hollow chain and 820 on a matching pendant for my bday. So this was my first time here. The selection is very picked through, and they didn’t really have anything that caught my eye. They post a lot of NICE stuff on Instagram, but they have someone off-sight running it, so they looked lost when I mentioned it. That was odd to me.
