"We had a terrifying moment around 2:00 in the morning when the power went out in our baby’s nursery. The baby monitor shut off, the white noise machine died, and the room went totally dark. I panicked and called this electrical company right away. To my surprise, someone actually answered the phone, at that hour and said a tech would be out shortly.

They showed up in under 45 minutes. The electrician, Peter think his name was, immediately checked the outlets and found a melted receptacle behind the crib. It could’ve sparked a fire if we hadn’t caught it in time. He replaced it safely, checked the rest of the wiring, and even showed me how to shut off that section of the circuit just in case something ever happens again.
