Rude!!!!! Being Jamaican I love my Jamaican people and culture but come on now we need to work on our customer service. We cant respond to people with rudeness and act like customers are bothering them. I had my incidents here but continue to deal with them because I believe in supporting my people but this is the last straw. I called this morning to ask about barrell prices a man answered the phone with "hello" with an attitude. Like you called his house instead of a business. So i naturally thought i called the wrong number and asked if this was Caribbean trade he hastly said "yeah". So i asked him the prices of the barrell. He told me. Then i asked him if its a hundred dollars to send it. He then proceeded to argue and snapping at me asking me where I got that number from. I said Sir i was asking you. Then he was like.. "You not asking me you are telling me!!" with an attitude. Reallly???!!!...is that how you talk to customers who are trying to do business with you. You have lost my business and ill make sure ill tell my friends and family members about this experience as well. I purchased a lot of seamoss from this supermarket and was disgusted when I found larva, maggots and flies in the bags. When I called to tell them, they yelled telling me no returns and the gentleman said rudely that I should’ve checked the merchandise before i left the store. I only wanted my money back. I spent $160 plus tax on bad infested seamoss. Now this is a public health matter which could’ve easily been resolved with decent and respectful customer service. I have to say that they were extremely helpful! I am completely green when it comes to shipping a barrel, I was helping a friend send things home to Jamaica and they helped walk us through the whole process. They took time out of their busy workday to give us advice and help us pack it. We traveled all the way from Brooksville Florida to do the pack and had lots of worries, but they made it easy.
