Peking Fast Food — Restaurant in Tampa

Update: I have to say that the food is much better. Still they need to hire someone that speak english, none of the staff understand or speak english and they are always fighting and arguing in front of the customers.

PLEASE DON'T CALL THIS FOOD "CHINESSE FOOD". FAR FROM IT. This place is nasty...don't eat here. The food is disgusting..the department of health should close this place down..I just threw $15. of pork fried rice rice in the garbage. Was the most terrible thing I have ever tasted. I been coming to this restaurant for 20 yrs and the smell was so delicious you could not bypass it without buying food, was so delicious. Everything was fresh. Now the cook they have is so nasty. I was watching him cook and nothing he used was fresh, everything was in plastic jars for re-use. Discusting. This guy had his hair all over his face and his clothes were nasty. The man that used to cook here was so clean all the time so clean and cook soooo good. You could smell the garlic frying and the green onions and ginger. The smell was in the whole neighborhood.

This people now are nasty, don't eat here please, the kitchen is filthy. Iam going to call the Health Dept on them they need to improve the place and quality of food with the money we spend we deserve to be treated with respect. Even my dog didn't want to eat. It tasted it like dirty dish water added...

I decided to try this spot today because a coworker had said the food was really good. When I called to place my order I stated three different times that I did not want vegetables in my fried rice or chicken lo mein because the lady who was taking my order never repeated back the “no vegetables”. I asked if she needed my name, she said no. When I arrived I was the only one there(it’s a drive up spot), I repeated my order. I watched her swipe my card, pick up her cellphone then go to the freezer and scoot whatever was on that silver tray into the freezer with her barehands. When I opened my container…there were vegetables. The bigger ones I was able to pick out but the bean sprouts mixed into my noodles was more of a hassle as well as trying to pick out all the onions, peas and carrots from my rice, after about five minutes I just gave it away. I’m not really sure how the actual food tasted because it’s hard to enjoy something your picking at. Definitely not happy that my food was $9.00 before tip and wasn’t even prepared how I had requested...

Food is decent but the customer service sucks. Noticed that they're rude to African Americans but they're located in the area to service African-Americans. if you don't want to service EVERYBODY you need to leave. Spent well over $40 on three meals ask for a plate and the lady wouldn't even give me one nor would she even take my dollar for it. A customer gave me their plate . What's left their fries in a plastic bag just to help me out and they watched it all happen and did not care. I don't recommend going here they don't service everybody if you don't like the area you service you need to not service people at all. Only way here because it was the closest thing by us our power was out due to hurricane so kind of left us in a bind had no choice but to order the food. Next time I rather...
