Lala’s Gyro’s is a gastronomic delight near downtown Tampa. This place is an absolute gem tucked just 2 miles away from downtown Tampa. Their New York-style platter is an absolute delight - a beautiful medley of flavors that leaves you craving for more. The sauces accompanying the platter deserve a special mention, they were spot on, enhancing the overall experience.

We also tried their wings and burgers. The wings were cooked to perfection, while the burger was an exquisite treat with a moist patty and all the right toppings. Their Philly cheesesteak, cooked with bell peppers and the perfect amount of cheese, was equally impressive.

While Layla's offers a vast range of specials and menu items - perhaps a bit overwhelming for some - I personally believe they could streamline their offerings without any detriment to their customer base. Despite the extensive menu, the pricing is incredibly reasonable. In fact, the quality of their food is so high that I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for certain items.

Layla's Gyros provides an exceptional dining experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking mouth-watering cuisine in Tampa. I'm definitely looking forward to...

ordered via doordash. driver waited over a half an hour for my food. not his fault! i ordered schwarma philly with fries and a side of basmati rice. the philly wasnt bad, decent size, bread was fresh and meat was tasty. fries also werent bad especially considering they sat in a bag while they were delivered. the rice however was terrible. they should be ashamed of themselves. im not quite sure how you even prepare rice this bad. it wasnt gluey, it was dry, chokingly dry and totally without flavor of any kind. i cant believe i did it but i put ketchup onto the rice to try and save it. ate about half and tossed the rest. what a waste! sgyros down the street is identical but much better. would not recommend this place. if you choose to work with doordash, then you are expected to process the orders correctly and have the food ready in the same amount of time as you would for a non-door...

In a city with a ton of night life, the city actually shuts down earlier than others. One thing that the city lacks, is food choices after 2am. Even on the weekends when the clubs and bars are still open, the food options are very limited throughout all areas of the city.

Lalas Gyros, located near UT, is one of those few restaurants that are opened almost all night. This business is small and does not have the most charming lobby, but the food is delicious. The restaurant has a large range of food options with decent pricing, and the customer service is great.
