DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! The year lease I had was horrible. I would give BC Properties 0 stars if possible. Despite the location of Park West apartments being nice and the apartment itself okay at best the management team is horrible. They are not upfront about how they are charging and determining rent payment amount. Multiple times they have changed the payment amount without warning or explanation. Then do not respond at the request for information for days, if I didn't pay the months rent because it was different from the original lease agreement they would then charge me a late fee although they still had not gotten back to why the rent mount was different. The management team will also attempt to claim lease termination documents were not received 60 days prior to move out although management had received the documents. After sending the incorrect lease termination documents to me they tried to blame us for not signing the correct documents which had never been provided by the management team and then say the documents were not received within the 60 days because they waited to inform us until within the 60 days they sent us the wrong documents to sign. Then they attempted to require us the pay an additional moths rent because we "broke the lease contract" which was only because the management provided false information and documents to begin with. Park West's management team is a nightmare and there are so many better apartment...

Renter beware. We stayed here about 2 years. We ultimately had to break our lease contract because we could hear every single foot step of our upstairs neighbor. After many complaints , they checked it out multiple times but decided to do nothing about it—partly because they had their own renovations in mind and wanted us out. We couldn’t take the noise and broke our lease. Shortly after leaving they did some half-a$$ renovations and changed the monthly lease from $2100 to $4000/month!!! Insane. They all ‘seem’ like they care but it’s one big facade. Transparency is a big issue. The floors are all wood so if you are not on the top floor you hear everything from your upstairs neighbor.
