I usually got to T&L nails off Kennedy and have never had an issue but wanted to give Tampa Nails a try. I regret that I did this. I went in for a fill before my bridal shower, the time before this I had a brand new set put on at T&L. The nails started to chip around 4 days and one of the nails lifted. By the time I could go in (2 days later) 3 more nails were lifted. I went in on a Saturday and had them fixed. Come Wednesday (4 days later) one nail came off, by Thursday two more nails lifted and eventually came off while on my bachelorette 😑. I went in AGAIN to try to get them fixed but was told that my nails were bubbling because my set of nails were old. This was not true at all. They did offer me a 20% discount. I had a walk-in appointment with them after an absolutely awful experience at another salon. I didn’t even tell them about it, but they were so incredibly sweet and accommodating. They were amazing with my service dog—he didn’t leave my lap even for a second but they told me I could even let him go if I wanted.

The place is incredibly clean, caring, and fast. Two people worked at the same time: one did my manicure and the other did my pedicure. The lady who welcomed us was so nice and sweet—she really took the time to help me find the perfect nail color and made me feel so comfortable.

I was recommended to try Tampa Nails & Spa by a lady working at International Plaza Mall who had the most beautiful manicure. She suggested Anna who I booked. Her work is phenomenal, she takes time to remove the gel polish carefully and scrub the heels, cut cuticles etc. My gel pedicure was pristine, no flaws. Took about 45-50 minutes. The salon staff and manager are so friendly and lovely, some speak Spanish. The environment is super clean, spacious and well appointed so that you are not crammed up next to other people like some of the other nail salons I have been to.
