Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went there on Wednesday. Just as I scanned my card they guy hit cancel by mistake. My order was not in the system but my card was charged. Reading Sebring instead of Tampa. They would not give me my food even though I was showing them on my phone where my card was charged. They said the only way that I would get food would be to repay for a new order. I demanded to speak to a manager and was told there was not one that works there. I told him I would contact corporate office and went somewhere else. I have not been able to get ahold of corporate office. I then went back to the store. I was given the phone number to a general manager who basically just told me he would pass the information on to his accountant. This is not the first time I have had a similar experience here. And I am basically just out the money. I am frustrated by the original error, but I understand we are all human and mistakes happen, however the fact that they will not resolve the issue and have given me such a runaround is very unprofessional. Hope they don't screw up your order, you call to say they gave you the a stix and slice which is the 6.99 deal, they tell you to come in and get a new one but then won't give it to you unless you bring the messed up one back. Which they forget to inform you when you tell them they messed up the order. Hello health department? Told to wait till Monday for a Saturday night order to be corrected by the GM. So starve is their answer, because you can't eat the messed up one because you have to bring it back on Monday. Luckily we ordered 2 pizzas a detroit style at 12.99 and a 7.99 pepperoni. First time i ordered it was great, this time, ordered on app. Got there and had to wait another 20 minutes after i already waited 20 when ordering.
