This is the BEST Bowling Alley I have patronized in the State of Florida! The Staff was AMAZING! They were Supper Friendly, Helpful and just down right Kind people! I stopped in with my two boys on a Saturday afternoon while my wife was at a business meeting. The team here was very accommodating, they offered us a lane that was empty on both sides so the boys would not interrupt anyone. They made no complaints when it took 3 times to get the shoes sizes correct or when I made multiple request to adjust the bumpers for the boys.

We ordered a slice of Pizza, French fries and drinks from the snack bar. The staff there was just as accommodating. They offered to bring the food to the table. The food was fresh but the fries were under cooked. When I brought them up to counter to request they be cooked a little longer. I was greeted with a smile and an apology. She took the fries and recooked my order then brought them out to us. Super nice and friendly.

The Lanes here are WELL MAINTAINED! There was not one sticky spot or broken ball return. I could see a equal shine across all the lanes and did not notice one bowler loos their footing from shoes sticking to the floor! The balls were also well maintained and PLENTY of Youth balls for the little ones to use. I could not say enough great things about this Establishment, staff and Management! We will certainly visit again when we are in town. Thank you for an amazing experience...

We brought our 2 yo and 4 yo for their first bowling experience early on a Saturday evening. We called ahead of time, they don't take reservations but the staff on the phone did recommend to us the best time to arrive for the size and ages of our party. We arrived just in time to get a lane, and it was amazing customer service the entire time. All we had to do was go to our lane and settle in, and the staff happily brought us our shoes, some balls that were appropriate for the little kids, the little metal ramps for the kids to use, and even set up the computer and the pop up bumpers to work only for the kids and not for the adults. Someone even came by to take an order for drinks and food. It was full service which is SO nice when you have your hands full with little kids in a busy place. My family and I went for my birthday. We were moved mid-game to another lane because of a supposed league coming (not sure why that league couldn't use the lane we were switched to), bluntly disrupting our enjoyment; supposedly another guy was moved beside us as well for the same reason. Expect to leave one of your shoes as collateral. The desk staff seems a little slow and inept. I was first given kid's/small-women's socks that wouldn't reach my heel in trade for a women's 9.5 shoe. Upon leaving, I heard a snarky comment (from who seemed to be a lead) to a woman in front of me regarding a signed receipt, and an attendant seemed to have great difficulty finding the slot that held my other shoe among the very few there after giving him my rental shoes, picking up what seemed to be a men's sneaker during his search, leading me to begin speaking up about which one is mine.
