Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

(Location at Armenia) I'll provide my review in the form of a timeline w/ actual timeline as a photo.

12:50pm order online, 3 orders of crazy bread

1:05pm I arrive at store

1:05pm-2:30pm I sit patiently waiting

1:15pm-2:00pm I see (at least 3) people walking in, placing an order for crazy bread & receiving it

2:03pm I'm emailed that my order is ready. I step up to the counter waiting for a worker to acknowledge me

2:25pm I am still waiting at the counter, yet to have my order or anyone to help me. I had had enough & just left.

2:40pm I have since arrived at home, without my 3 orders of crazy bread

5:12pm I've 'supposedly' picked up my order (4 hrs after placing the order) & have been charged for it.

Clearly I did not wait for 4 hrs at the store nor I didn't receive my order at 2:03pm, at 5:12pm, at any:pm.

The female worker(s) was extremely rude to every customer & refused to provide any service.

Towards the end (last 30 min) of my wait, any customer that came in. She'd say "have you ordered, are you gonna order" If customer would say "yes I've already ordered & am picking up", she'd no longer address them. If customer would say "I've not ordered yet", she'd say "were not taking any orders right now"

This is all 100% true. Granted yes it seemed super busy & I imagine she was stressed out with how busy it was. This is understandable. But her brevity & rudeness w customers was overly excessive. Not to mention, I never received my simple order & witnessed others receive exactly what I ordered, 30, 40, 50 min after my order had already been placed.

I tried (phone, online) getting my refund later that day, the next day & was unsuccessful. I basically paid $13-$14 to go sit inside a little Caesars on Armenia for an hour & a half.

I do like Little Caesars however will obviously never use this...

I ordered my husband food for him to go and pick up after work just like I have done multiple times but today (03.26.2025 ) when he went in at 5 15 pm he was treated HORRIBLY BY A WOMAN NAME DEONDRA or something like that not exactly sure how to spell it. She didn't want to look up his ordered and when she did and kept saying I think you got the wrong store even though the confirmation shows the exact address and the order number and then she was taking time going slow ass hell to grab his pizza and a 2 dips and a soda & then she forgot his brownie and he went back inside to get it and she acted like she didn't want to give it to him making it a huge deal like he was lying about a brownie !! She was extremely rude and unprofessional chewing gum and smacking her lips while talking to my husband rude as hell she should not be working in customer service if she doesn't want to it do her job!! This was completely uncalled for if she doesn't want to do her job than why...

I usually have great experiences at this location. Today I waited 30 minutes for one pizza, one crazy bread and one order of pizza puffs. Everyone in the building that ordered after me, had gotten their food and left already. We noticed our food was sitting on the counter for about 15 minutes and we asked the skinny white man with tattoos if he could check if that was our order and he said we needed to wait for him to cash out the register, finish an order, put a pizza back in the oven etc and then he'll check our order THAT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER NOT EVEN IN THE WARMER. so we watch them pull five pizzas out of the oven, one of which being cheese and they turn around and GIVE US THE OLD CHEESE PIZZA. We said that was unacceptable as we just saw him pull a fresh one out and we've been looking at it on the counter for 20 minutes now, so he proceeds to throw our original pizza on the floor before giving us a fresh one. 0/10 experience. Will not be...
