Tacos El Flako isn't a restaurant. It's a small frutería located in a modest neighborhood. It reminded me of my Youth when I would visit my grandmother in Mexico. I did enjoy the food and especially the mangonada.

Probably the best horchata I’ve ever had. Made fresh and perfectly sweet. The esquites and carne asada tacos were also amazing. I had to come back here twice on my trip here in Tampa.

Probably the best horchata I’ve ever had. Made fresh and perfectly sweet. The esquites and carne asada tacos were also amazing. I had to come back here twice on my trip here in Tampa.

Do not order pick up or delivery from their website. I placed a pick up order and went to pick it up from the address that was on Google and it wasn’t there. Looked on the website and went to that address and it wasn’t there. Went to another address that was posted on their social media and yelp and it wasn’t there. Wasted 11$ on tacos and have to go through getting a new card and everything just to dispute this charge. Makes absolutely no sense why people can’t run their business right and keep the correct...

After driving around the block because there was no sign showing the restaurant I decided to go into the little grocery they my GPS kept directing me to, once inside I could smell the food, so I knew I was in the right spot. I almost left die to the dirty conditions inside. But I was hungry and gave it a try. Food was good kinda greasy but like I said I was hungry. I probably wont be back unless they move into a more sanitary...

Greasy. Salty. And just plain nasty. I ordered a carnitas burrito and I can't even take a second bite, that's how salty it is! and i'm a person that like savory food. Not to mention grease is dripping all over.

in addition, I purchased a pineapple water and it taste like it was made with rotten pineapple.

I'm starving, and it is very disappointing that I can't eat the food I just paid 12...
