I have never eaten at a Little Caesarâs before and this was my first time ordering. To say the least, the experience was a disaster from start to finish. I tried to order online and the website wasnât working so I had to call my order in. The girl that answered didnât listen to anything I said, had random items added to my order and couldnât understand anything being said. After that frustration, I get the pizza home, and the entire pizza was raw. I had to return it and get a new one made... no big deal, things happen. What really upset me was the fact that every employee in the building came up, looked at the pizza, laughed, made jokes, whispering about me WHILE IM STANDING THERE. First of all, itâs not funny because I am pregnant and your raw pizza could have made me extremely sick. Second of all, I probably would have came back and tried it again until I noticed how unprofessional and extremely rude the staff was. The guy that made it wants to stand thereâs making comments âwell how did I know that you would need to cook it longer for extra toppingsâ. Probably because you work for Little Caesarâs, a company that has been around FOREVER and that should properly train itâs staff on how long to bake pizzas.    Read moreThe messed up our order that we placed over the phone even though the kid who took it repeated back to us several times. Got there and when we found out order was all wrong, the cashier(Simona) apologized and offered to remake everything herself which was going to take another 15 mins to which we agreed to. Went to the car to wait and 8 mins later called to check if order was ready before walking back inside. The girl who answered the phone was so rude when we asked how much longer would this take and that we wanted to let them know we were outside, she got frustrated and defensive for no reason and never answered our question. The only reason I'm taking more of mine time to write this is in hopes that somebody from management would read it and start training these young careless kids to do a good job. If they can't take an order over the phone and can't handle customer's questions they don't need to be representing your company.    Read moreDisappointed. Ordered a hot & ready pizza from them & it was brick hard. So tough that it was hard for me to chew. It was hard enough to hurt my teeth as I chewed. No exaggeration. I could tell that they had this pizza in the oven ALL DAY or for at least a few hours. It was not fresh at all. My teeth still hurt. Once I got home which was 6 mins later & after seeing & experiencing this catastrophe, I called to ask them how often do they make their hot & ready pizzas fresh or do they just let them sit in the oven all day until sold. I was told they sale them like hot cakes so they are making them fresh every few minutes or so. I was thinking BS because this location is not even that popular. Their business is slow. They obviously did not swap out pizza for fresh pizza. They just let it sit in there all day. Btw it was around 8 pm when this pizza was picked up so I can imagine how long they had it in the hot & ready oven. Pathetic. I will be ordering my pizza to be made fresh for now on or better yet get one...
