First and foremost...freshly made tasty tortillas...that's the best vessel to a great taco!...✓ & the flavors are all around perfection. Let me start with the LENGUA taco: it's a flavor bomb.. moist on the inside and then the extra step to crisp it on the outside won me over. I did the dual style green and red sauce with freshly squeezed lime juice to send this taco out of this zipcode and into one of the best tacos in Seminole Height!! That's a CHAMP-A WINNER!!! AL PASTOR- juicy n sweet flavor dancing with my taste buds making me want some more. CHORIZO- not your typical chorizo.....I know longaniza when I taste it...there's a process to get this Picasso of tacos flavor just right! The formented flavors in the chorizo speaks for itself. ....this is always in my order no matter what's happening. And lastly but surely not the last time they'll be seeing me...CARNITAS..-my first love and will always be with me for ever and ever. Moist n' juicy love affair...I love you too Carnitas! This is an authentic gem in an unlikely location. I had to have tacos this day. I normally drive to Plant City for my tacos because if they aren't authentic then why eat them!! I happened to be in this area and saw this spot while searching for a new place to eat. I was worried that it was another artsy food truck with pretty, flavorless food.

They did not fail me! This family is running a truck that serves the freshest, realest tacos I've had on this side of Tampa. The corn tortillas were fresh, the meat was flavorful and not watered down to adjust to anyone's tastebuds.

The chips! They are homemade, fresh and hot when you receive them. Warm chips!!! The guacamole was everything you want guacamole to be, chunky and well seasoned.

The red and green hot sauces are hot, like they should be but also good. It should be bottled.

Cons: Parking is horrendous. It's on a one way and there's no designated parking. It's on corner near housing and by a business you can't park at. It's worth it though.

Honestly love these tacos ever since I found them over 2 years ago it’s been a staple Taco place handmade tortillas and well seasoned meat offering tacos de lengua which are not offered everywhere and delicious salsas, I recommend them to everyone! HOWEVER I’m knocking one star because on my last visit I noticed they changed their tortillas they are no longer handmade which I noticed right away, they are using a machine! THE TASTE OF THE TACO IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NOW :( I’m seriously so saddened by this because honestly the tortilla was dry “vieja” like my mom says, somewhat rubbery and hard around the edges making the taco hard to chew and honestly had no flavor. I don’t think I’ll be getting tacos from here anymore as I don’t like that change to a pivotal part of soft tacos.
