Subway — Restaurant in Tampa

The Subway worker was eating next to the cash register, I I literally had to wait for him to finish before I could order. There was no one else in line but it took like 5 minutes for him to finally ask what he could do for me. No warm smile or friendly greeting.

I ordered 2 foot longs. One honey mustard bbq and one teriyaki. Both were TERRIBLE. Chicken bread- everything about the quality was terrible. Not fresh AT ALL. I ordered chips and 2 cookies. Chips were by far the only good thing about the whole experience. The cookies were WAYYY TOO SOFT. So soft I couldn’t pick it up without it complétente breaking. Felt like I was trying to grab dough. It was not baked well at all. Since when are 2 foot longs meals $30+ total??? Lemonade was watered down. Tasted disgusting.

I’ve had Subway in town N Country and that one is by far way better that the one on S Howard. Almost felt like two completely different...

The last 3 times I've been here, my sandwiches have been delicious and made with care. Today, there was a mother with her 2 young ones in front of me, they were learning to order for themselves with the mothers help, and the gentleman working went above and beyond in assisting. Complimenting them and showing patience every step of the way. The young woman who made my sub, you could tell she cared for the quality and presentation of her work. Both employees were great and this Subway has definitely made some improvements.

Ordered a 6" sub and the lady made a foot long. It was too late to stop her as she already had part of the deli meat on it before I noticed, then she kept scratching her hair with her gloved hands and going back to making my sub, and she dropped a slice of deli meat on the salt and pepper grinders and picked it up and put it on my sub. If I wasent on such a short lunch break I would have just walked out without...
