Tacos El Primo - Authentic Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Tampa

This review isn’t to discourage new comers but so that the owner may read it and address the matter so it doesn’t happen again. I get it it’s gloomy out today and maybe the cook/cashier is having a bad day but no facial expression on the cashiers face and you could feel her attitude from across the counter. I’ve been here tons of times and always the tacos are wonderful the attitude on the workers not always in the friendliest or cheeriest of moods but as long as my foods on point so be it but today I got hit with the double whammy. Took my mom and I after Sunday service here when we have it this far out (we come across from Riverview) The first bite I took out my taco the tortilla fell apart, second taco the pastor meat was way to burnt tortilla also ripped, 3 out of 4 tacos weren’t enjoyable at all. I hope the people taking orders smile more often or at least act like they care some what and making the food with love & care at least cus if I wanted half done tacos and in quality I’d go to Taco Bell drive thru seriously . I say it all with love and kindness. May your business keep prospering...

We came in last minute at 8:30, it was our first time since we are out of state. It is an amazing restaraunt located inside the convienent store. The worker, his name is Roman was so so so kind and helpful. He went out of his way by turning on the TV for us while we were dining in and gave us extra bottle of sauces on the side. Food was amazing it was very clean and AMAZING! The vibes were so good with very friendly staff and authentic food. We ordered vegetarian tacos burrito and quesadilla with refried beans and lettuce/tomato. He made the food according to how we wanted, it was customizable.
