It was 730 when I called in my order (philly cheese steak & loaded fries, well done, toasted bun, etc, etc). Was told it would take about an hour. Well 9pm rolled around and my food still wasn't there so I just figured they got busy but did give a call to remind them it'd been an hour & a half. Was told by the young lady I spoke with to hang on, which while hanging, the driver called me and told me he was at the wrong hotel. Took him another 10/15 to get to mine. So he gets there, i get the food, tip him, then sit down to eat. The food was cold, bread was soggy (I'm not a duck, I DO NOT like soggy bread) I call and politely tell the girl my food was cold and soggy was there anything she could do to which she replies " I have your #, I'll have a mgr call you back" So, I hear nothing from a mgr, call again today @ 230pm, told the same thing "I'll have a mgr call you back" It's now 8pm on friday, I call to find out why I havent heard back from a mgr and I'm told by the girl who has me on the phone that she had offered me a 25% discount on my next order and that I told her I wouldn't be ordering there anymore, which is NOT true. Must of been more than one complaint roll in that night. I won't be ordering from these guys (none of their locations) until my order is duplicated, and gotten right. FREE OF CHARGE. Extremely poor leadership and service. Provided the correct address and phone number and the staff member selected a different address and phone number instead of the information provided during the current call. I was given a time frame of 45 minutes, and 1.5 hours later the order was still not delivered. Not even a courtesy call was received so I reached back out only to be forwarded to a manager, who was clearly avoiding taking ownership for their error, and instead decided to falsely claim that my account had multiple addresses and phone numbers that were not updated causing the issue. Went online and double checked my account information on their Westshore pizza website under my profile, which only showed my current address and only one phone number on file. Clearly their error on selecting the wrong information on their end. Leadership 101: Always be courteous and respectful, do the right thing for your customers, and when there is a mistake, fix it, instead of looking for excuses to justify why it happened and how the customer deserves the poor experience. Asked for the the business owner's contact information to share my experience and the manager refused to provide it. I was instead referred to Papa John's so that is what I will do from now on. Read moreTo the owner Today I visited the south Tampa location of Westshore Pizza. I was greeted by Travis, who took my order. There was an employee next Travis I did not get his name, but his attitude was less than professional. I ordered two combo number nine and paid for them. The combo number nine comes with drinks so when I went to take my drinks to my vehicle, I came back inside and decided to wait in the lobby. The employee working with Travis came up to the counter and told me in an aggressive tone “what do you want?!” three times not “how may I help you?” at that point I was confused so the only thing I could say is “I’m sorry, sir. I’m here waiting for my pizzas my bad.” But why should I as a customer have to apologize for doing nothing wrong other than going to Westshore Pizza today at 5 o’clock in the afternoon I don’t like it when businesses or employees of businesses make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted. I’ve been a customer of Westshore pizza for many years I drive from Temple Terrace to visit the South Tampa location of Westshore Pizza but until this problem is fixed, I will not be visiting this location. I spend my money (my money!!!)and it’s not right that I get treated in such a way by a employee.
