We tried to order pizza from this place and the “manager” was a complete dick. We asked if it was possible to a quarter of a pizza cheese only and he responded with a rude no like how dare we ask. Then we he repeated the order to us he messed it up. Feeling his lack of competence we decided just to order a salad because we were in the mode for a Greek salad. His response, again disgustedly, works for us. Will never order from here again.

They restaurant replied to the initial response trying to accuse us of being intoxicated. Not a single drop of alcohol was drank by any of us. And if this “manager” can’t handle calls. He shouldn’t take them. He didn’t know what his specials were and sounded caught off guard when added. He couldn’t even get the phone number correct as he was repeating it back to us. He then messed up the order as was repeating it back to us again. We had asked for a 1/4 of the pizza to be cheese due to my daughter only eating 2 slices and your restaurant has accommodated this request in the past and we were given a rude response. Then when we tried to just order 2 big daddies 1 with have cheese he messed up that part of the order trying to make it easy on him because he probably was the intoxicated one, we tried to order a simple salad and make another smart ass remark. Wells for us because you can’t manage to take an order. Not a single person used foul language as my daughter was in the room. Maybe your manager should have another drink and try again another day. We definitely won’t since you can’t even manage to be a glorified ABC Pizza, who can’t understand how...

A friend and I tried out this place for the first time for lunch. It wasn't our first choice. The Italian restaurant a block away wasn't opening till 5pm. So decided to checkout this pizzeria. The lasagna was meh 😑. Sauce used was bland, tasted as if they used a can of tomato sauce. Didn't add any spices whatsoever. Now the chicken francese was the major health problem. The lunch portion only has 2 chicken cutlets. The first one that my friend ate tasted fine, but with the first bite of the second piece of chicken, as soon as she tasted it, she made me try it to make sure it wasn't her idea that the piece was rotten. We called the waitress and told her about it. She took the dish back to the kitchen. She was gone for quite a while. Neither the cook or a restaurant manager came to our table to apologize for the situation. The waitress just asked if we wanted something else. At that point we only wanted to leave the place and never return. Even though we weren't charge for the rotten chicken, once my friend got home, she was sick the rest of the day. I just want to bring to the management's attention, that food poisoning is a serious matter. That in a restaurant kitchen, the cook has to be on top of making sure that meat or poultry has to be discarded immediately, as soon as it shows signs of...

It’s hard to put into words how bad this meal was. I really feel bad trashing a local haunt but it’s pretty hard to screw up Italian food and it’s been a while since I had a meal that used low quality ingredients combined with low effort cooking. Tried this place since it had recent good reviews but I am shocked this place is able to even stay in business. Restaurant smells like cigarettes, chicken parm was tough and flavorless, salads were pathetic with generic dressings and basically trash ingredients, garlic bread side was stale, marinara sauce tasted and looked like jarred salsa. If you’re someone who can’t cook and gets flustered toasting bread and boiling water you may enjoy Tates but if you’ve ever consumed a decent meal ever in your life, you’re going to have to pass...
