It was our first time sitting in at your brewery today after having purchased a couple of your beers during Tampa Bay Beer Week. Our experience started off with one of your bartenders (dark-haired female) telling my husband that she needed to serve two other groups that were in line ahead of him even though he watched them come up to the counter after him, while he waited to put in his order. Still, he ordered our beers and we sat down at the couch in the corner with our 1 year old. Every now and then our baby would get up and wander down a walkway (as ONE year olds do) and one of us would follow after him, making sure to put on a mask if we left our seat. Our baby never walked up to anyone's table or personal space and people would wave and smile at our baby (clearly not annoyed by him). The same bartender came up to my husband and told him the baby couldn't walk around and needed to stay in his seat. Needless to say we left after being there for maybe 20 minutes total. Is everyone required to stay in their seats at your brewery? Does your bartender know children under 2 aren't required to wear a mask? Is your brewery not kid-friendly? Such a shame because we are Tampa Bay Area natives and love supporting all of...
Read moreIf youâre in Tampa and into weirdly delicious beers (yes, I mean weird in a good way), Woven Water Brewing Company is not just worth a stop, itâs a destination. The taproom vibes, the beer creativity, the friendly staff⌠all of it adds up.
We rolled in with zero expectations besides âhope the beer is good,â and man, the fusions knocked it out of the park. Flavors like strawberry, peach, marshmallow, cinnamon. Stuff I never thought Iâd want mashed together but here, they somehow work. ďżź
Also dug the âblurry IPAsâ (yes, thatâs a style; yes, it lives up to the name) and even their harder stuff was balanced. ďżź
The place itself is cool: open layout, casual tables, some comfy bits, windows, a relaxed taproom where you can hang for a while without feeling rushed. Dog-friendly and kid-friendly touches too, which is a big plus for hanging with people who arenât just beer nerds. ďżź
Things to know: if itâs peak time, it gets crowded. Noise picks up. And if youâre super particular about styles, check whatâs on tap that day, because their selection rotates a lot. But that also means every visit feels fresh.
Woven Water is exactly what Tampaâs craft-beer scene needs. Bold, fun, friendly. Iâll be going back whenever Iâm...
Read moreWow craft beer lovers! Talk about a super diverse and unique beer selection to walk into. The bar itself was pretty big for a brewery so that was a surprise! The vibe is absolutely hipster, and welcoming to everyone as it should be with amazing staff to back it up. Back to the beer, what a breath of fresh air to have FOUR intense juicy sour beers on draft with juicy IPAs. The Mango, Raspberry, Passion Fruit Fusion is by far one of the best beers I've ever had, and I've checked in over 5000 brews on Untappd. Also, having a blue raspberry hard seltzer was super fun, even one with marshmallow which was a must try because who doesn't think it's cool to drink a blue "beer". I could crush these all day long at the beach. They are dog friendly inside and parking was easy on a Saturday, thankfully because that is always a stresser when coming to a new place. DEFINITELY 100% recommend this place on your Tampa brewery adventure as you will not be...
