If i could, I'd give them a negative score. My husband and I went into this store trying to find new items to decorate our home with. After finding a few items, my husband went to check out and when he showed me the receipt, I noticed we had been charged TWICE for an item that we had only one of and the price was incorrect. The price of the item was reduced to $8.49... they charged us 24.99 TWICE. So we ended up getting charged an additional $42. I went back in to show them the item and receipt and the employee Ingrid told me that they needed me to wait so they could look back at the cameras to check. I was literally in there waiting in the long line just to do it ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! Like the item is in my hand, the upc is on the item and receipt, and you can clearly see I was charged twice. I asked a other associate was this what they do every single time a person needs an adjustment for their mess up... she said no, just when a item is scanned twice. So when the employee Libby came back with my receipt, I asked her the same question and she said yes, they do it to every customer returning an item. Get it together. I was livid at the fact that it was your employees who were at fault and overcharged us. The item was a picture. Why would I buy two of the same exact items? I will never go back to this store and I definitely would like to contact...

Ross Dress for Less is a great place if you're looking for inexpensive items or items you won't find at other retail stores. AND, if you're not in a hurry and are willing to wait in line to cash out your finds. Mind you, some days, the line can be long, sometimes winding itself around the aisles. Not to worry, the line can move so fast that you won't even mind the wait. Ross is like going on a treasure hunt and finding that particular piece that you think you really need and don't mind spending on because it's going to be part of your prized possessions. This place is also a great place for getting inexpensive clothing such as shoes, socks, dresses, shirts and even nice things for baby. There's a wide selection of household items including dishes, food items (none frozen) and spices. There's even furniture such as side tables and stools. One can spend hours shopping at Ross or get turned of by the many people doing exactly the same thing. But if you're into shopping as I am, Ross can be that great place to find that extra special gift or bargain you've been looking for. My advice, if you do find that particular item and you have the cash to splurge on it, buy it. You might not find it...

I never had a problem with the clothes, however i had a problem with the service because tell me why (keep it mind it was late around 10:30) and there was a long line but only 2 cash registers were open so when it was my turn i kindly asked “hi can you please put more people on registers its late and there is a long line” i tried my best to keep a kindful and polite attitude because i understand how tired the workers must be and the cashier responded with a polite reason for why there weren't enough people on the cash register so i understood and i thought she was kinda nice until…i left mind u i came with my auntie and she was the customer behind me so when my auntie went to pay she said that the two cashiers were talking about me!?! She claimed they said “you see the young girl? you should mark her shes a complainer” even though it was clear i was just tired and not complaining like what😭 i was speaking my mind yet they talked about me behind my back and decided to mark me as a complainer for no good reason my auntie also said they kept talking bad about me which really broke me because i understand both of us had a long day im Scared to come to this...
