Bobby’s Place Night Club — Restaurant in Taunton

First time there, just needed to unwind after work.

I should have brought cash. There was someone playing guitar. Another someone singing.

A fun animated group of regulars, who knew the bartender (who also had the cutest clear frame glasses and vape smelled amazing lol) were my focal point during my self imposed anxiety cause I was new.

Not bad for an empty Sunday night one hour before close.

Diverse group which immediately made me feel at home even tho I prob looked like a lost closeted pup or rookie.

I got smiles and no bad vibes. So I left happy. Sorry I didn't bring...

This place really fumbled when they let Chelsea go. She was the only reason I kept coming back — always on top of things, made everyone feel welcome, and actually knew how to make a proper drink. It says a lot about management when they can’t keep their best people. Bars are everywhere, but bartenders like Chelsea are rare....

I found it to be very very VERY dirty. The cob webs didn't add extra ambience. The bathroom had no soap...so what were the staff using!?The dj was playing 90's rap which I love but it wasn't playing too the crowd because I was 1 out of the 2 people bobbing our heads.
