Dunkin' — Restaurant in Taunton

This is solely about the service. They are not equipped to be doing early mornings and it shows. They are either not staffed or trained. I have been in this Dunkin line for 15 minuets they take an order stop make it then take the next order. Dunkin needs to go and put a Marylou’s here. This is completely pathetic and they constantly make people late for work. Stop hiring kids

Update! Finally had my order taken after 13 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me. There is one employee working. Don’t open if you staff calls out. Take the loss of not opening instead of losing customers. Whoever is at the window keeps walking away making the line wait longer. After 22 minuets waiting I left. That is my car ride to work!!! I dont normally come to this location, but the last time I came, a woman with long blond hair who is believed to be the manager was arguing with a customer the guy walked out while she just laughed. Now this morning decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The same woman who seemed to be in a bad mood got very angry when I received my food with 1/2 of bacon after being charged $2 more. I asked very politely if more bacon could be added. She then hurled my food into the trash while she complained in front of the GM. Ok I usually come here all the time. I don’t know who this person at the drive thru mid morning hours but she has a serious attitude issue. My wife and I got our order and we were missing the donut we ordered. My wife said we were missing a donut and the woman at drive thru gave us this death glare just staring, throws up her arms and lashed out, yeah, what kind!
