They gave our order to someone else that we paid for through the app and when we just went to pick up our food they gave us a hard time and said someone already picked up our food up…. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They made us look like idiots and then issued a refund after arguing for ten minutes with us …. I will never go back here again . I do not recommended ordering through the app then going to pick it up because they made a mistake and tried making...

So this is one of only 3 Subways I’ll eat at in the area. For good reasons. I’m a clean freak and watch people who prepare my food. This staff gets it. Very clean. Attentive. Food is always fresh. Also cool story…..My young girl dropped her sub off the table and the young lady behind the counter immediately rushed over and not only helped clean but then immediately gave my kid a new sub. 6” meatball for free. My husband and I stopped by around 3pm on a Sunday. The worker was by herself finishing an online order, she was working alone. The sandwiches she made looked great, but the knives she used to cut were covered in meat/sauces from other sandwiches. She didn’t wipe the knife cleaner off before cutting the sandwich, I didn’t even eat mine. I’ve heard bad reviews about this subway but figured I’d give it a chance....
