On sunday 8/25/19 around 6pm I drove up to the drive through. The girl wasn’t very welcoming to start. She only said what do you need?. (Whatever happened to welcome to McDonald’s how can I help you?) I said give me a second your last order is still up on the screen and I can’t see the menu. Then silence (how about let me fix that for you or ok no problem let me know when you’re ready) a minute later now 3 cars pulling in behind me and I was feeling bad about holding up the line I said hello. The girl says yup. I said your last order is on the screen and I can’t see the menu. She said very rudely. Nothing I can do about it the screen does what it wants. (How about try, I’m sorry sir I don’t know how to fix that) now that there is 5 cars behind me I said ok I’ll order what I know I need for the kids. And ordered the happy meals. I’m the middle of the first order she rudely said hold on and let us sit there for longer. Once she started typing our order in the menu magically appears. (I’ll bet there’s a way to end the last order so the next customer can read the menu and not what the last customer ordered) anyway when we got to the first window that girl was also very unfriendly. Onto the food window. This girl at first seemed like she was a happy person. She was smiling unlike the last. (But after I think she was laughing at us for some reason with a friend) I asked her for 3 sweet and sours. And I was fully prepared to pay if I needed. (Which is Bull to have to pay for a extra condiment but over the years I’ve grown to accept it) I like sweet and sour with my fries sorry!!! This girl with a smirk on her face says sorry we only have 2. I’m like you only have 2 week and sour sauces in this whole place? Again turns her head and smiles with her friends in the background and yes we only have 2 with a huge smile on her face. She handed me the bags and quickly turned around avoiding eye contact as the window shut. (I guess thank you have a nice day wasn’t taught to her by management) Anyway I drove about 2 feet away and I was told they didn’t give us the kids drinks so I stopped quick and got her attention. I said you didn’t give me the juice boxes. And there it was just like the other girl only she rolled her eyes quickly grab the drinks and handed them to me with a dirty look on her face. I drove away but not before noticing her turning around and giggling at her friend in the back ground.
I was going to contact the manager or owner but all they will do is sweep it under the rug and offer me something free. Well I’m not looking for something free. I’m hoping by posting here and to corporate there will be pressured into retraining their staff so future customers and myself can go there and not feel...

The disembodied voice belonging to the employee who took my order told me "I don't need the attitude" when I said I had just asked for McNuggets when he asked if there were anything else (I wasn't rude in the slightest, just pointed out I had just asked for an additional item, i. e., the McNuggets). I asked for the manager, who immediately proceeded to 'correct' me. Not once (well, he did ask right away, but ignored me and then 'corrected' me) did this 'manager' ask what happened or try to ascertain the customer's complaint, but told me not to be rude!
Oh, yeah, I lost my temper, I was yelling at the end.
Seldom have I seen such willful stupidity in a public setting. Deliberate rudeness to a customer by the staff and the manager.
Yes, I'm going to demand satisfaction. I'm retired, so I can make this a point. Y'all messed with the wrong customer. I'll go to the owners, to District, to Corporate. Frankly, they need a thorough house cleaning and rigorous training.
This is not unusual here, unfortunately. I've lived in Taunton for three years now and I have had a number of incidents at this clown shop where staff and managers were uncaring, inattentive, and unacquainted with the fundamentals of customer service.
DON'T GO HERE
Easily the worst fast food place I've ever...
Read moreThis review is for my experience that occurred on a drive-thru trip on 8/26/2018 at about 5:15 in the morning. I hadn't been to this McDonalds since the somewhat recent complete rebuild and wanted to check it out. I pulled up to the menu and was greeted in a timely manner. My order was taken slowly (needing lots of help from her coworkers) but not that bad. The reason for the low review is that when I pulled up to the window, I witnessed an employee accidentally drop a serving utensil on the floor and place it directly back into use on my order. This was also witnessed by another employee who heard the noise of the utensil hitting the floor, looked down at it, then looked away when it was placed back into use. When they returned my already charged card I asked if they had dropped that utensil on the floor and then used it on my order. She replied only that she would wash it(the utensil), then left my view with it for about 3 seconds and went back to using it. Maybe I'm a little paranoid about restaurant cleanliness, but I didn't trust anything they were about to hand me through that window and just drove off without my paid-for meal. I did not want to go through the hassle of asking a manager for my refund while on my way to work. I needed that time to get breakfast somewhere else. Which I...
