"I stopped by the drive-thru at 3:10 AM on 4/9. The employee informed me it would be a couple of minutes due to DoorDash orders, which I was fine with. Twelve minutes later, I asked if I could place my order, but she was still working on DoorDash. When I inquired how many orders were left, she said two. As I pulled out of the lot, I saw two blonde females standing around doing nothing.
After dropping off my co-worker, I returned at 3:50 AM. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the lady asked if I was DoorDash. When I said no, she replied, 'I am mopping the floor right now, it's going to be a long wait.' I pulled up to the second window and spoke to a gentleman who was clearly trying to keep the shift running smoothly, despite the lack of communication from the women. I placed my order with him and noticed the two blonde employees I’ve had issues with before.
Despite the store renovations and the money spent to improve the place, it seems the staff hasn't received adequate training. I recommend getting the regional manager involved, or you risk losing more sales and paying employees who drive customers away. I am thankful for the one male employee who...
Read moreSo I sent my boyfriend out to get food and he comes back home empty handed. He said they refused to give him service. He was in the drive thru and they asked him if he was door dash and he said no. So he waited a min and asked again if he could place his order. And again they asked if he was door dash and he said no. The women on the intercom started yelling at him and then one of the workers came out and yelled at him. He said he'd wait on them to get caught up and they told him no that he had to leave. That they had 15 orders in front of him and that he have to wait. He asked if they where refusing him service and they said no but he had to leave and he asked if they were refusing him service again and they said said no but u have to leave. This isn't the first time it's happened at that location. But the last time he convinced them to let him wait. This type of behavior is totally unacceptable and I'm pissed off that they stay under staffed and have long wait times but I'm not rude about it. Read moreI came there last night. I sat In the drive thru for 10 minutes and the line did not move an inch. So I parked and went inside. There were 2 people waiting for their food and it was complete chaos in there. After 5 minutes of waiting at the register the girl finally helped me. I'm new to the app and I wanted to order the 2 meals for 5.99 each. I asked her to help me do it and she didn't know how. So I asked if themanager could help me and she came over and told me that SHE couldn't help me either. The cashier said " I don't know what to tell you" the manager said " the only one that knows how to do that isn't here. I left totally frustrated with NO food. I went to McDonald's and THEY were happy to help me with their app. I can't believe that NO ONE in that restaurant could help me order food not even the MANAGER.
