I actually did not leave a review per your previous comment on my husband’s review (very unprofessional). I waited several weeks to see if you would do what’s right and you did not. It took PayPal to make it right, yes you offered to have the game truck come a different day but why would anyone accept that do you know what goes into a child’s birthday party? It isn’t just the game truck (that didn’t show up) it’s the food, the invites, decorations, people actually showing up and so much more. When I hire a company for a service I expect to receive that service, not on a different day that is more convenient for the company. I made a post on my public TikTok and FB after it was made clear that Entertainment One did not take this situation seriously or care. With that being said I did not go to google, an entrepreneur and business owner I am aware and of the consequences of negative reviews, especially in such a competitive industry. However; with that being said although I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Rashaud and the Entertainment One team I still want to see people succeed and not let a few unhappy customers ruin their reputation. Rashaud and his crew were amazing! We used his DJ services for a wedding and I could not say enough good things! First he setup a time for us to meet with him a few weeks before the event to go over all the details. On the day of the event, he was extremely punctual and had everything setup and ready to go way ahead of our ceremony and reception. He suggested the "uplighting" which I had never heard of and really made the reception room look amazing!
