This place was terrible the day I went in there. I would like to think it was just a bad day for the store but I have a feeling it's poor ownership and / or bad management.... I went in to pick up some quick lunch. When I walked in, there was trash and dirt all over the floor and old food and trash on a few of the tables in the front area by the cash registers. The staff there obviously didn't want to be there working. One pregnant employee didn't feel good and it was pretty obvious. She walked out from behind the counter with customers standing there waiting to order and headed off around the dining room like she was going to do something but never did and didn't bother taking anyone's order either the entire time I was there even though there were 3 or 4 of us in the store trying to order. The lady that was waiting on her food had to come back 3 times to get her food made right while 3 or 4 other employees either were sitting in the dining room and watched or were wandering around the store while the one and only cook they had working complained and got an attitude with the other employee working the drive through as well as the one that had "messed up" the customers order. I'm still not sure who's fault it was the way they were yelling at each other. She was threatening to quit and it was loud enough we could hear her complaining in the order area of the store. I did go ahead and order the chicken tenders and watched her cook and handle them all the way to my bag and there was nothing wrong with my food but there was definitely a problem in the store between employees and the manager and the customers in general. I felt like not one of them except the "manager lady" wanted to be there or even cared what kind of presentation or how well the food came out. Pretty sad because I don't normally eat fast food but I do like Hardee's chicken tenders the best of any fast food. I won't be going back. Overall the experience was one of the worst I have seen...
Read moreSo being from NC where there are quite a few Hardee’s in each city I was happy to run across one. However the customer service I received was so awkward and horrible. There was about 2 cars ahead of me and I waited in line 15 mins after waiting at the speaker for 5 mins….. then I got to the window and payed. Waited 12 mins at the window for the girl to tell me that they did not have any tenders and she realized 5 minutes ago so she was going to drop Some now….. I remained professional and just told her don’t worry about the tenders, refund me for that portion and give me the rest of my order, so she waits a few mins and then comes back to the window and asks if I need anything else. At this point I go tell her I’m coming inside because I’m honestly not understanding if it’s a communication error or what. So I talk to somebody different inside who didn’t seem to care at all and finally get a sandwich 10 mins later. I was so irritated because Hardee’s was my first Job before I started my career and I literally felt as if I could have went back there and rang it up, cooked it, and served everybody in the drive through in a few minutes. Read morePost irma with all our food gone do to irma making the power outage so long day 5 without we venture to hardee's no line the cashier notifies us taco menu items are off the menu which was fine.My kids got burgers and tender meals i got a combo and my husband ordered a hot ham melt combo.. After she ran my card she informed me in private that they were out of ham melts is there something else you want. My husband by this point was peeved and just ordered a 4.99 combo after he just paid for a 8.00 combo. I notified the manager that id like the difference of the meal they couldnt provide. She said oh no ill bring you your receipt and food in a min. Ill make things right. 15 minutes later the manager returned with all our food and gave us $24.00 and $ome change back . i was shocked!!! I didnt want all my money the different was just at 4.00 but we gladly welcomed a refund at a time like that .
