Burger King — Restaurant in Taylor

I blame cooperate for the incompetency of Burger King in general. You would think food quality and service would be different at different locations. While I do not frequent Burger King, I have NEVER been satisfied by a visit at ANY location. My visits are always plagued with incorrect orders and terrible customer service. Today was the the LAST time I will attempt to make a purchase from any Burger King. Specific to this location and this mornings visit, it was a drive thru visit. A voice come over the speaker "Go ahead with your order" very blunt and cold. I begin and I am cut off by an annoyed tone saying "Hold on a minute". So i say ok, and wait. Voice comes back on and asks me for my order and I tell them what I want. The person then proceeds to tell me to pull around with some other instruction that I did not quite understand. So i pull around and there is a car waiting to pull up to the window. I sat there for a few min then thought, well maybe the lady told me to pull around the car. Since nothing was happening and I was a little contused, i pulled around the car and the lady comes to the window and i ask , did you say i should pull around the car? this person, who clearly hates her job and has no concept of good customer service scolds me and insists she said to pull behind the car and that they were waiting for something. She was rude and frankly obnoxious and I told her never mind I didn't want my order and that she was rude. She said something after but I cannot be sure what it was as at that point I was very agitated and disappointed in yet another bad experience at Burger King. I did toss an obscenity out at her... shame on me. I realize that was not my best moment, but I digress. I am curious, when did fast food restaurants have cars wait for their order before the pay window? Don't they usually have you pay and then pull ahead or park in a designated spot to wait for your food? There were only 2 cars ( i was one of them) in the drive thru and none in the parking lot. I don't even know how...

So once again it's your Boi Hank and I'm here to review this phenomenal establishment. I remember walking in and saw this Allen Park varsity jacket and I was like I need to snag it before anyone else. I remember when I got it some lady punched me in the face, it was Nicole!! I said to her "my love how much I have missed you and I only want you" and then she said "I seriously don't know you please get leave me alone." So after that I went to the cashier and asked them where do you keep Mjolnir? The cashier gave me a happy but kinda creepy happy smile and showed me where. He lead me to a dark room and next thing I know is that I felt like the ground was moving. It was then when I realized I was in the back of a 18 wheeler trucker. What's even worse is that Buzz Lightyear was driving this vechilar machine. I felt so scared for my life that I felt I wasn't going to be able to give you people another review. Next thing I know is that John Wilkes Booth was riding a horse and he took over the truck from Buzz. So Big Johnny took over than he stopped at Ronald McDonald's and pulled another assassination on Lil Ronnie. Honestly I might have gone on a ramble but the oreo shake does slaps though. 3/5...

A friend and I took my Jeep Compass and we went to the Burger King by my house. I didn't feel like making a pizza she wanted to do cuz it'd be 400° in my home so we decided to journey to Burger King and everything was great. I love their four for five deal. You get one of three sandwiches Junior sandwiches. I'm sorry and I fry nuggets and two of the itty bittiest pops you've ever seen 🤣 What I didn't like was a gentleman asked us to pull up. There was nobody in front of us. We went right to the window. She ordered a Junior Whopper combo as did I the four for five deal. The gentleman asked us to pull up. We pulled up it took 11 minutes to bring us out our food and we had one napkin missing a half of a french fry and they're not big fries and one nugget. One out of four so we got three nuggets out of one so the food was great But the service as always is something to be left desired. I'll go back cuz I like Burger King. I don't pull in there unless I have at least a half hour. Which kind of doesn't make sense called a fast food...
