Subway — Restaurant in Taylor

I was there earlier today to order 1 Spicy Italian footlong and a Chicken Bacon Ranch foot long combo. I asked them to please put the dressing on the side so the sandwich would not get soggy since I was 15 minutes from home. On my way home I had to turn around because they forgot to give me the dressing for the CBR. Went back got home as when we sat down to eat what we thought was our Sprite it turned out to be club soda because obviously the Sprite was out. When I called and spoke to the manager he offered to replace the drink I asked him to replace the drink and some chips he said no. He then said he would only replace the drink I told him at that point he can just keep the drink they clearly needed it more than me. He could have replaced the drink and given us a $3.00 credit for the inconvenience something as a gesture of good faith. With the price of Gas it's not worth it for me to drive 30 minutes to get a replacement Sprite. I wouldn't recommend eating here and if you do you might want to have them check the soda machine before they serve you. This is why I don't like ordering from...

Unfortunately not pleased with the experience or service given at this location; the moment I walk in 2 employees were making a joke about my order right in front of me as they were making however looking pass that I get my food and drive home to find the subs were switched and made incorrectly. The manager was nice on the phone however when I returned to the subway she wouldn’t remake one of my subs even though both were wrong. On top of that they couldn’t even make my food in front of me instead going in the back of the restaurant unfortunately didn’t even consider eating it after that. I then ask the manager for a refund and they can just keep both of the subs and she refuses and says that it’s corporates problem that they only make orders they can’t refund them. After wasting the gas there and back twice and no refund or help what do ever from the staff I am highly unlikely to ever use Subway for myself, parties, or any of my corporate events ever again seeing they can’t ensure customer...

Went to go get a $3.50 six inch sub from this place as i been doing a couple days in a row last time was the Saturday before thanks giving and got the ham and cheese and noticed it tasted funny like it was about to turn. But regardless i have been sick ever since this subway gave me the sub. I have been vomiting with diarrhea ever since. Basically they gave me food poisoning and ruined my thanksgiving and because of them i didn't even get to try to eat with my family because i have been so badly sick. So don't go to the subway on wick and telegraph in Taylor, Michigan. That's this Subway. They are dirty and literally selling you spoiled food or food that's about to turn for the $3.50 sub. And they cross contaminate just about everything. They mix old mayo with new and what not. Don't eat there you'll be better off for it. If you eat there and get sick after reading this review its your own fault cause...
