The People that work their could be nicer and more attentive. Everything took forever the food, Extra chairs, Messed up our laser tag hours by calling us too late when we all finally got over to laser tag they started the game and we had to wait another hour and I had 5yr olds restless ones. The games could be cheaper and so could the rides. Theirs not enough seating room at all for all the Ppl that come in their it should be way more seating it's not. The game broke no one wanted to fix it or give me my money back so it got to the point where I tried to stay calm and patient it was my daughter's bday and the people that work their were talking to the babies like they were grown I'm like they kids they don't understand that they can't cry or get their way because you guys called us late for Laser tag so as the worker continued to repremand my family and friends all hell broke lose and everyone was arguing with staff on how to talk to people and to not be disrespectful because it wasn't our fault so half of my people left the party didn't do LaserTag & They wouldn't refund me my money for the people that they offended that left. It was very rude of staff and that wasn't the first hurtle we went threw so that's why Ppl left. My daughter was very upset and so was I. I like the games and attractions but staff needs to be trained on how to treat people and run a better Business. Plus I seen one black guy with dreadlocks working his butt off he was the only one cleaning, taking out trash and fixing games while 15 other employees stood around doing nothing but talking and lacking. Just disappointed I expected so much more. Very...

We decided to check this place out because we had coupons for free attractions. The kids enjoyed laser tag and VR, but it was not without frustration. They don't staff employees at each attraction, so we had to hunt someone down each time we wanted to do one. We were super frustrated that we couldn't get an employee to come to the bumper cars – no one came even after we asked at the front desk twice.

The arcade games were fun but expensive! We paid $50 for 4 kids to have 75 pts each. Most games were 5 pts, so the older kids blew through these pretty fast.

I really liked the electric card system – especially because there were no paper tickets! Only downside is the cards cost $1 a piece. I don't understand why they can't just be free because the points cost so dang much.

When it was time to cash in the tickets, the employee working the counter was really nice. He was patient with our incredibly indecisive kids. He even allowed one of the kids to take a prize she didn't have quite enough tickets for.

All in all, this was an OK experience. It had more stuff than Chuck E. Cheese, but it seemed much more expensive. Not sure I'd come back without...

Been coming to Zap Zone since they opened. Now a mother myself, I find myself here for birthday parties often, of course. The end of September we were there for a friends birthday party. There was an extremely warm, eager to help, kind and ambitious younger girl working there that I just loved. Somehow I found myself near her every time I needed something, or maybe she just found me needing help and was on it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it were the latter, as she was on her stuff. As we were leaving she was the last employee I dealt with after cashing it tickets and the ticket counter and she was just awesome. Incredibly friendly, easy going, smiling and beautiful. I’ve been meaning to review since that day so I hope I still have her name right (I got it wrong the first time due to the normal volume of the place) but Helena (I’m so sorry if I got it wrong 😂 I said “like Helena Bonham Carter!?” Then I thought she probably has no idea who that is, showing my age 😂” anyways, Helena was an absolute asset to Zap Zone and their other employees. Thank you so much for...

I can't say enough good things about Zap Zone in Taylor! We’ve done all our kids' birthdays there, and the VIP package is absolutely the way to go. The games are amazing, the place is spotless, always clean and fresh, never any of that gross feeling after you leave. The food is actually really good, and the staff is phenomenal, super helpful and friendly. The kids have a blast every single time, and the variety of activities is just awesome: laser tag, jungle gym, mini golf, virtual reality, and so much more. The machines are always new, and they keep bringing in cool stuff. I’ve even won a life-size Ninja Turtle and my brother a PS5 from the games there, which is now in our game room at home! It’s always safe, fun, and honestly, we end up playing as much as the kids do. Highly recommend it!

This was our very first time stepping into Zap Zone, and I have to say I loved the bright lights, the games, and the overall welcoming vibe—it really felt fun and inviting. My son had an absolute blast, and I even captured some great moments of him enjoying himself. The only downsides: he had his eye on a Batman prize, but it cost half a million points (which felt pretty ridiculous). Also, my 13-year-old—who usually loves pizza—actually complained that theirs was greasy and soggy, and shockingly told me he preferred my homemade soup instead! That really says a lot. Overall, though, it’s a fun spot for family entertainment, just be ready for pricey prizes and pizza that might not impress.

To start off the employees were very friendly and helpful! They were trying to keep things nice and tidy. We played the glo golf. We were a little disappointed that it only has 14 holes? Should have 18. I don't know if we will be back. It was ghetto. What I mean by this is kids were climbing the statues, knocking them over. Not a parent in sight. Foul language. Lots of screaming at the games. The price to play the games is outrageous. 25 dollars for 120 credits. Games are 10plus credits each. Chuckie cheese is a way better deal on games. I will say the 32 dollars for the attractions and it being unlimited was a very good deal.
