Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Taylor

The remodel looks great. The pizza is not bad. Those are the 2 stars and the only nice things about this place. We ordered through the drive through. We ordered what we thought they may have ready a cheese pizza and extra most supreme which they said they have to make because they had neither ready to go. There were a few cars in lot so we get that they may have run out my husband said put extra cheese on both then if you have to make em. Employee said 10 to 15 minutes at most. I already wanted to leave because the young man kept saying the wrong order back to us. We pull up to pay the young lady . She said so i have 3 pizzas cheese supreme and pepperoni. We said no and my husband said your intercom is probably messed up. So she corrects it and i hear her yell back to correct it. Mind you they charged us over $17 for 2 pizzas with extra cheese. She said wait in one of front 4 spots. We do and many cars 7 or more come and go with an employees going up to each except ours. 29minutes later my husband goes in to get a refund. I see him having a back and forth shaking his head.i wait a few minutes. I walk in there and they tell me no one ever put the cheese pizza in and his supreme has been sitting there. Before i walked in the manager went back and put it in. Im mad because we choose to go there for a quick order on our way to pick up kids. I said forget that get a refund. The lady seemed hesitant to give a refund. She said we can give you cookies for the kids waiting. I said no my husband felt like they must not know how to credit his card or something. He accepts his supreme and a pepperoni and crazy bread and sauce . His supreme didnt have extra cheese even. It barely had any cheese. I think they gave our order to another person. The pepperoni had too many grease holding pepperonis on it and we had to pull em all off. The hesitation to give a refund , lack of communication and explanation of they forgot and thought someone else was doing it, getting order wrong, and my waste of over 45minutes of my time is unacceptable. They are unprofessional. We left disappointed and upset. I forgot they said they dont have the supreme ready ever because no one orders it and said here is our number on a magnet so you can call your special orders in. Omg it wasn't special until they said they had to make it....

I went thru drive thru at this location around 7:30 pm. I ordered the pepperoni deep dish (which is supposed to be a hot and ready between 4pm and 8pm) I was told by the girl that it would be a 15 minute wait... okay no big deal. So I pull up pay, and they ask me to go park and they will bring it out to me in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later and my order isn't brought out. So I go in and tell the girl at the counter that i'm waiting for my drive thru order. She goes into the computer and says I don't even see your order in the system. WHAT?!?! So I asked for the manager cause I want to be refunded. Girl goes in the back and I hear the manager yell to whoever's cooking in the back "you didn't put in the deep dish like i told you?" then the manager comes up and tells me it's coming right out, i ask if my whole order is going to be fresh and hot. She says yes, a guy brings up the pizza but none of my bread. She goes in the back to get my bread that was supposedly set aside for me... but oops it's gone. I then demand a refund and hand them back the pizza. A girl takes the pizza and gives it to someone through the drive thru window. THE PIZZA THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME WASNT EVEN MINE! Oh and the entire time I was parked and waiting for my pizza I could see into the store and the crew was just messing around, and while I was waiting for my refund the manager kept yelling into her headset for people to find things to do and those that are off the clock to leave - clearly she has not control...

I really do hate that this establishment is not ran as it should be. I think it boils down to a bunch of new people who don’t really care.

I was once younger and worked in the food industry but I still took more pride in my work and cared a lot more about my customers.

I never imagined that they could consistently get this wrong time again no matter how many complaints or eye-rolls.

I thought after a few months of reopening they would have it together by now. It’s unfortunate that I must go to another location now because this is the closest one that I pass the most.

This quality food ruined me and my sons guys night out when we went to zap zone last week. He loves pizza but he couldn’t care less for this establishment either.

I should’ve been taking pictures during my previous experiences. These pictures are from my last visit and you can see the pizza falling apart. The crust was detaching from the pizza And they NEVER cut it completely through. When trying to fold it together in order to sandwich it that just made it worse. It reminds me of slop and their sauce can be hit & miss when it comes to the flavoring which is just weird.

He once wanted to work here but not anymore. I told him maybe when he is old enough he can make a good difference. I don’t plan on coming back...
