Would choose zero starts if available!! Worst experience I've ever had in a kroger ever. Customer service employees were beyond rude! Customer service had an attitude with me, and completely disrespectful for my request for money orders.
Tabitha (the customer service employee) was so rude and Becca (she said she was the supervisor/manager for customer service). They both accused me of money laundering because I had too much money to ask for money orders. And I didn't have a social security card with me?? (Who carries a SS card in their wallet!? It even says not to on the card itself, so crazy. I gave my SS # no problem since they were so adamant about it. 🤷🏼♀️ I said I'd go somewhere else if it was too much to ask for and was an issue, and they said they would report me for doing this? I had my 2 year old son with me, trying to get money orders because my husband and I don't have a bank account here. I tried to explain we sold some furniture and didn't have a way to deposit since wells fargo doesn't have a bank here, but they didn't respond or care. Just ignored me. They still showed me complete disrespect and unkindness, continuing to treat me as though I was a criminal in some way?
And on top of everything else Tabytha (customer service employee) got an attitude with me when I asked about my license, (she still had it & I didn't want to lose it), her saying she would give back my ID once she gave me a receipt, rolling her eyes and getting an attitude and disrespectful tone with me
Becca got an attitude with me because they charged me $50 for 6 money orders that should of have been about $5 total. When I came back and asked for a manager, Becca wouldn't get one for me and wouldn't give me the cash back... finally she did refund my $ after talking to some manager I guess(one...
Read moreThis has been my primary grocery store since I moved to the area in 2020. Back then it was a great store, but man has it gone down hill. The last couple of years, the lines have gotten longer and longer, because Kroger won't staff the store adequately. They've got a lot of self-checkout lanes, but most of them are closed after 6 or 7, so you'll wait in line for 15 or 20 minutes. Items are often out of stock, especially produce. And if you get around the meat counter and meat/seafood coolers near it, it smells rotten.
Honestly, Kroger and it's management should be completely ashamed. If they can't keep employees, they need to pay them more. I'm not going to shop here much longer and I kick myself half the time I do. On the bright side, once they lose half their customers the lines won't be so bad.
You never see management in the store. Their managers need to step up and man the front lines if they're short on help. Work 16 hour days. Seriously. This store is not serving the community as is. Shame!
Edit 7/06/24 - Lines have generally gotten a lot better, but this store is still constantly out of things that you would not expect. It makes it so hard to meal plan. Just this week I went in one day and they're out of green bell peppers. The next day they're out of onions. Onions!
But the real reason I came back with an edit is the deli. I love the kroger fried chicken and the 2 piece special is fantastic bang for your buck for lunch. But for some unknown reason this location no longer has it. The sign is still up, but months ago they stopped having hot sides and now they never have any fried chicken. What is...
Read moreEvery time I go I say it’s the last time I’m going. Today is the last straw. I only go to Kroger because it’s closer and smaller than Meijer or Walmart. Well I don’t care anymore. I will bypass this store. I don’t give a darn about points for gas.
First of all no matter what time of day or year you go, there are NO CARTS you have to go outside and hunt them down. Then you can never make it down an aisle because the inconsiderate Kroger employees leave pallets and boxes all over. If it’s not those in the way, it’s the employees with the click it carts. They refuse to move out of the way for in store customers. I have to leave my cart and walk around them to go get what I need. Then there’s nothing on the shelves! Their brands and supply is limited. After that fiasco down almost every aisle with dealing with pallets and carts and boxes in the way and not having what you came to buy, when you get to check out you have to stand in a super long line even on the weekends.
I am a manager and this store has the absolute worst management because nothing ever gets any better. I’ve complained to customer service but it does no good. I’ve seen absolutely no improvement. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere since they do not care about their customers.
I will tell everyone about how horrible this store is and I’ll go to Saveland or Meijer or Walmart from now on. At least I’ll know I do not have to hunt down a cart or not be able to buy what I need without having to leave my cart to get around the junk and employees in the aisles.
You seriously need a new store manager to clean up your...
