Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Taylor

Mr. Hickman, I ordered a carry out on June 29th at your Taylor location and was extremely disappointed, not only was my order wrong. I was told that now my order would be put at the botton of the list when asked if they could deliver my order because of the inconvenience of having to drive up there and drive back home to find that my order was incorrect. I was told that my order would be put at the bottom of the list which would be a wait time of almost an hour . I was extremely upset and declined the offer to wait an additional hour for food that I had already paid for. If a mistake was done on their behalf I feel as if my order should have been at the top of the list not at the bottom of the list as your Manager Brian had explained. I decided to return my order and asked for a full refund. Your Manager Brian did not offer to remake my order so it would be hot and fresh as it should be. I know this is not how you would want to treat repeat customers and to say I was not satisfied is a complete understatement. Ordering a pizza from here is a coin flip whether the pizza will be inedible or amazing. The consistency of quality is atrocious. Literally every other time they screw up the order, and I'm talking about one simple pizza I order several times a week, cheese & pepperoni with light sauce and extra cajun on the crust. The pizza is often undercooked and dripping with sauce when you ask for light sauce and they are bipolar with the amount of cajun seasoning they put on the pizza. When you ask for cajun crust it is either barely existent or such a ridiculous amount its inedible if you ask for extra, and that's if they put it on at all. There is NO middle ground. It's like the new employees haven't been trained to make pizza properly. People just don't care about their jobs anymore. It's simple, you look at the food before you send it out and ask yourself, would I pay for this and eat it if...

Look I order jets all the time I get the super special a medium salid and boneless wings now my pizza came with hardly any toppings on it I called and told the person on the phone she said do you want to order another I just wanted to say for over a 20 dollar pizza and being treated like that I'll never go and order from them again my order is usually around 50 bucks you couldn't even hardly see the toppings bottom line it was a slapp to the face so yell have a good 1 eating your macroscopic pizza there food cost must be hurting because there doing false advertisement the imployees need to stop feeding there family's because when I was a manager for a pizza place my imployees would take to much home to feed there kids yell need to stop eating the food bottom line goodbye little Ceasars is way better than that atleast yeall can see...
