Wing Fellas — Restaurant in Taylor

Food was good, service and communication was absolutely horrible. Placed a door dash order, only 2 out of the 5 items showed up. Called the store and spoke with a young lady who spoke to the owner, I set up an Uber to pick up my order and they said they’ll have someone drop it off so I cancelled the Uber and ate the cancellation charge. They took my cell number down to call me if anything else came up, I waited for 30 minutes and decided to call back to see if the driver was lost and couldn’t find the house and they tell me they don’t do in house delivery. They explained that they contacted door dash and door dash had refunded me for the missing items. I told them I was paying for the items and was waiting on my food to arrive and was paying with cash, they said they don’t do in house delivers again. So I asked them why couldn’t they give me the courtesy of calling me and explaining this instead of just letting it go and they said sorry but if I want I can send another Uber. At this point I just hung up on them, this is horrible. Me and my family have been waiting on our dinner for an hour and 15 minutes. This is horrible service with no care for there mistake. This doesn’t even fall on door dash, you received the order, you confirmed the order. How do you let the dasher leave with 1 bag? This is unprofessional and they lost a customer. I’m disappointed because the food was actually good.

Response to the owner - I’m going to change my review because I understand what it’s like being a business owner, I try and support local businesses and especially within my community. Thank you for your offer on remaking the order but it’s not needed, this was never about money(I literally placed an Uber connect to pick up my order a second time)....

Just want to shout out wing fellas! They opened up a new location in taylor off goddard and pardee. Very good! Flavors are AMAZING! DWC was my goto, but hate to say wing fellas has them beat. So many flavors. We tried the creeper, Nashville sweet and hot, hot Buffalo, medium Buffalo and lemon pepper. (Lemon pepper was a bit to much seasoning) but still good. Never liked wing stop their "hot" wings tasted very artificial. But all the hot ones were actually GOOD the taste was GREAT with a good burn after. 10/10 No I do not know anyone from the company. Just a fat girl who is happy that I finally found a wing spot that didn't disappoint and thought I'd share 🤣 MUST TRY. Did not know that they opened up and I live in taylor. So excited because I LOOOOVEEE WINGS! frequent flyer right here lol only thing I will say is they need to offer celery. Even if they don't give it with all wings, it needs to be able to be purchased with your order. Ranch...

Customer service was good - and genuine. Not like the scripted robotic fast food worker responses. I was greeted with a smile and a "welcome," she took the initiative to offer options on my order and gave me a time estimate. I ordered the regular cheeseburger. It's under $12 if you opt out of the side of fries. The toppings and bun were good. The beef patty was thin and overcooked. I do not recommend ordering the cheeseburger.
