Arby's — Restaurant in Taylorsville

During this COVID 19 chaos I was trying to find ways to be safe and keep others safe. So I called this location to see if they were open and took phone orders. It was Mother's Day and that's what we wanted for dinner. I was told they were open and did take phone orders, but what we wanted was no longer available. So we called back 2 minutes later to place our order and I was informed that they had customers in their lobby and they had to help their customers first. I'm glad to know that if I am calling in an order I am not considered a customer and am less important than someone standing in their lobby. Customer service is very important to me and this was insulting and poor at best. We will not return to this location. It's unfortunate, we have been customers here for a very long time. A few months ago my family and I went through the drive thru and our order was just horrible. Missing a sandwich and sides, no meat at all on one sandwich. I reviewed and got a swift response, very pleasant interaction. The situation seemed rectified. I was told to expect free meal coupons. Was very satisfied. But, they never came. I was on an Arby's strike. I was so disappointed. However, I love a classic Beef N Cheddar. So, I caved. I went to this same Arbys drive thru and got a Classic Beef N Cheddar, Mozzarella Sticks, and a Jamocha. I should have checked my order before driving away as this Arby's is not the nearest to my house, a bit of a drive. I got home and TWO of the Mozzarella Sticks were FROZEN. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple of regular roast beef sandwiches and a couple of chicken sandwiches. They pulled me forward in order to cook the chicken. I knew this when ordering because they told me as I ordered it would be a 5 minute wait to cook the chicken. So here is where it makes me laugh! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told it would be a 5 minute wait. When I received my order, one chicken sandwich was so hot it would have burnt your mouth. The other was warm at best! Come on, guys, a little common sense here. If you're going to pull a car to wait on 1 fresh chicken, why not give them 2 fresh chicken?
