Starbucks — Restaurant in Taylortown

Natalie. The drinks are about the same as any other full service Starbucks, expensive yet addictive. I only go to this location because of Natalie. This older lady is alway af grumpy, appears to hate her job and all things coffee. If you greet her, "Goodmorning, how are you doing!", she responds, "fine, what do you want?". We have been here about 150 times and she has yet to learn our names. It's existing to see just how bad of a mood she is in each day. When she first started she used to make drinks but she was quickly removed of that task after ruining every drink even after reading the entire instructions allowed from her handheld laminated guide. Now she runs the register, scowls, and makes you feel like a waste of her time. If you like people watching and enjoying the journey of others failing excuse for a job, drop on and see Natalie at the Harris Teeter location. p.s. she seems like a joyful lady when she's not behind the counter. I wish her the best in life but just maybe a job she can look forward to...

I showed up at 6:05 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon just trying to get a tall Americano. That's a drink where you pour out the contents of the pot and leave enough room for cream and that's about it.

I just finished grocery shopping and was waiting there with my car because I checked the hours on the placard and it said 8:00 p.m. closure.

After a few minutes, the person who I assume was the barista came up and said "oh, I'm sorry we're closed.". I asked why? I don't remember exactly what she said but the content was all about how she'd been working several shifts and was just really tired that day. Okay fair enough but, look, this is the second time this has happened and I'm not going to go back there because I don't like people making up rules.

Well I usually love this starbucks. Came in asked if I can pay for my hot lunch at Starbucks ok no, no biggie but then the girl completely walked away even though I then said I'll order my coffee then go pay for my lunch. Then it's a huge struggle, ok cool maybe she's training. Specifically say caramel drizzle on top of the cold foam. Coffee is up, awesome. Go to get it no drizzle on top but on the sides. Comment I received? Well we usually put it on the sides not on top. I then say any other starbucks would do that and and think to myself even on the mobile app it will offer it to be on the top but cool. Just make my coffee anyway you sent to. So if you want to order something straight off the menu awesome, anything a little different don't even try. And hopefully the girl stays at the counter and...
