Thai Fusion Cuisine is conveniently located on Hwy 211. It is a medium size restaurant with plenty of parking for the complex. I am not good at describing Asian food but this is a clean restaurant with a small bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier between me and the waitress but nothing we didn't work out. I got the Pad Mamaung. It was delicious and fresh. My husband got Thai Fusion Fried rice. We both enjoyed our food very much. It was just too spicy. The idea of mild to the chef was still hot to us so be sure to be specific. Update: today I got the Tai chicken fried rice. My husband got the beef and shrimp. Both were delicious. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The manager ( owner?) and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is cooked so fresh. The portion is huge, very tasty and I would liken it to medium Mexican salsa with an instant heat and long lasting in the mouth. I would never go hotter. Even at 1Star, I found it too hot for me, and I only mention this because when I asked for a new plate, I was instantly accommodated with a smile. But the noodles were just right.. not too wet or dry. Mom had the C15 Bangkok Chicken and the tempura on it was divine she said and the chicken tender. Served with white rice and broccoli. Dad had C8 Salmon Teriyaki and his must've tasted good as he inhaled It! He found the fish to be flaky and not overdone. Kudos to...
