thai fusion cuisine — Restaurant in Taylortown

Thai Fusion Cuisine is conveniently located on Hwy 211. It is a medium size restaurant with plenty of parking for the complex. I am not good at describing Asian food but this is a clean restaurant with a small bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a language barrier between me and the waitress but nothing we didn't work out. I got the Pad Mamaung. It was delicious and fresh. My husband got Thai Fusion Fried rice. We both enjoyed our food very much. It was just too spicy. The idea of mild to the chef was still hot to us so be sure to be specific. Update: today I got the Tai chicken fried rice. My husband got the beef and shrimp. Both were delicious. This is one of my favorite places to eat. The manager ( owner?) and staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is cooked so fresh. I hate the fact that I could not do a fair review unfortunately upon arrival the "kind" gentleman behind the bar screamed across the entire restaurant do u have reservations I replied no we don't he yells back I caint help you all of the patrons in the establishment just looked at us like we was sum kind of strange animals

I understand that valentines is a busy time for any restaurant But I'm sure this man could have been a bit more professional and just had a little decency to kindly say I'm sorry but if you do not have a reservation we will not be able to sit you but please come back any other day We are booked

Our first time here, we were greeted by friendly bar staff and invited to seat ourselves! The surroundings are attractive to look at, quite Zen. I ordered the L1 Pad Thai w/ 1star heat. The portion is huge, very tasty and I would liken it to medium Mexican salsa with an instant heat and long lasting in the mouth. I would never go hotter. Even at 1Star, I found it too hot for me, and I only mention this because when I asked for a new plate, I was instantly accommodated with a smile.
