Proprietor has a really bad attitude. We ordered two items. They got one of them wrong. I tried to just make due with what I was given and not complain. About 1/4 of the way through my drink I was not satisfied and decided for 5$ + tip I wanted the correct order. Very politely asked for them to fix it for me and she got very upset and seemingly cussed me out in her language to all of her employees. When she brought the corrected drink order it was virtually all milk with no tea and she was rude in every way. No eye contact, said nothing, slammed the drink on the counter and stormed off. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — If i could give 10 stars, I would. This place is my forever cheat-treat. Anytime I’m in Pinehurst, this is my #1 have to have before I leave. (Right next to Southern Angel Donut Co.) I’ve tried a number of menu items, like the cookie explosion ice cream roll, the homemade oreo ice cream, mango boba milk tea, strawberry milk tea, and the red velvet ice cream rolls (now that I list them, I need to calm down with my sweet tooth) BUT out of them all, the coconut milk tea is undefeated.

This was our first visit. We really enjoyed it! Your ice cream is made fresh while you wait. It took about 7 minutes to make out 3 ice cream desserts. It was interesting to watch liquid become solid and rolled. The staff was helpful and industrious. There are tables outside and inside. We found sitting outside pleasant. I had the mango sticky rice ice cream rolls and I can just say YUM! One critique is that it is very difficult to eat with a plastic spoon. Next time I will bring my own spoon.
