I was in your restaurant today July 17th around 12:30 pm I ordered a falafel sandwich with salad and a side order of hummus. I was waiting for my order over a half hour. My friend received her order 15 minutes before me and she had chicken fingers. The waiter was on the phone , after I had placed my order and I went to the counter being my friend already had her food and was eating, I saw my food in the window, there were 4 people in the kitchen, 1 at the stove, another to the right and one near the window. Don't recall where the 4th one was standing. I was looking at my food sitting in the window, and the waiter on the phone kept asking the person on the other end if there was anything else they needed,.. person must have changed their mind 3 times while i was standing there. The waiter never acknowledged me standing there although the person at the back window kept looking at me , then at him on the phone. I stood there approximately 24 minutes waiting for my food which by the time I was handed it, and sat down to eat it was cold!! The hummus I asked that waiter at the counter for pita for my hummus (side dish) He said you didn't ask for it, you have to pay for it????? I said what? Pay for pita that I am suppose to get with my side order of hummus? he said yes! A lady came out from the back and said, No you don't pay for it, I have one getting ready for you now... I will never come back.. poor service...
Read moreThe lowdown: basic food, done well, great service, reasonably priced. My family and I visited Schnitzel+ about an hour before closing after a long road trip. The kosher supervision fit our needs, so we stopped in. The ambiance of the place is very modern, spacious and clean. There are a few tables for dining, but not a lot. (We were more excited about the large sukkah around back anyway.) I was having a difficult time managing my family's order using the on-wall menu, and a staff member noticed this and gave me a printed menu. We ordered a large platter of (24) chicken fingers, onion rings, a slider, and I got the classic chicken sandwich. Adding onions to my sandwich (even though they weren't included) was no problem. Ordering was easy and staff was super friendly and accommodating. Usually when dining at a meat restaurant, my family of 7 can't get away with paying less than $80-$100, but my bill came to a mere $52. The portion sizes were appropriate for the price, even a bit generous. Food choices, I would say, were pretty basic, nothing spectacular or unusual, but what we ordered was delicious, prepared fresh, and the ingredients were high quality. The bread on my sandwich was fresh and soft, and the crisp schnitzel contrasted with the cool vegetables perfectly. There was not too much sauce on my sandwich. We will be back, it was a very...

We got the 24 piece chicken fingers which, considering that the fingers were on the larger side, was reasonably priced (for these times) at $42. They were crispy and tender and while I personally found then to be underseasoned my kids loved them.
I opted for the classic grilled chicken sandwich with hot pastrami added. I was slightly dismayed by the price that it came out to of $22 until I saw it. This is a BIG sandwich that can easily be shared by two people (unless you're VERY hungry) and they were very generous on both the chicken and the pastrami. The chicken was well seasoned and not dry, the bread was soft and fresh.
Overall, this is a very good option for basic but well made take out food and we will definitely be...
