Don't miss this fabulous restaurant in Torrey!! Absolutely delicious!! Best meal we've had in all of Utah. I had the grilled salmon, my husband had the beef tri tips, and both were outstanding❤️. A great price, generous portions, amazing flavors that can't be beat. The careful preparation really shows, a personal touch, and perfectly prepared. Great selection of sauces, some of their sauces are homemade from scratch.❤️ Great menu selections, original and delicious sides. Don't miss this restaurant! Update: we decided to eat dinner here two nights in a row, and the second night was fabulous just like the first! The chef here is so talented, a graduate of the New York Culinary Arts institute. He puts heart, soul, and talent into each meal, and loves to cook. This makes all...

The food was a bit pricey for what they serve. The rib eye steak at $27 should have been hand cut or at least bigger than a 3/8" slab. The half chicken at $20 looked more like a cornish hen and was overcooked. The utensils were dirty, and since they serve the food in a paper tray why not use plastic utensils. You can order at the window or a server will take your order. The server asks you pay before your food comes out which is a bit strange to me. The food came out lukewarm. The side of mashed potatoes came out cold in a paper 2 to 3 oz. ramekin. You get an appetizer before the meal, it comes in a plastic tray. One small carrot slice, one small celery slice and a toothpick with one olive, one date and one grape tomato with a condiment paper ramekin of...

This is a MUST! This BBQ place is truly the best! We read the reviews and actually stayed at the Thousand Lakes campground because of it. The atmosphere is great. I love the outdoor feel with amenities of being indoors. It rained so hard while we dined and we stayed dry but had the feel of outdoor dining. The chef is personable, passionate and so friendly. And...he even has tofu! Everything was OUTSTANDING! The meats were tender, perfectly seasoned and nice sizes. The coleslaw tasted like a pina colada...with hints of pineapple. The mashed potatoes were the best we have ever had! And the cornbread and honeybutter were off the charts amazing!!!Please do not miss this place. It is only open certain times of the year....so plan your trip accordingly. We cannot...

Went hete because of all the 4 & 5 star reviews. Didn't think it l8ved up to the hype, plus very expensive for the setting (wood outbuolding & picnic tables & plastic plates /flatware) and do-it-yourself condiments, table bussing. Complimentary flatbread appetizer was strange and not good. Tri-tip was very good, tender...the positive. Pork ribs were dry. Pineapple slaw was o.k. but very watery. Could taste the garlic in the mashed potatoes, but they weren't creamy, almost like tjey were made with water, not milk. Jalapeno cornbread dry and not tasty. Place was way overpriced, would not recommend.

We stayed at Thousand Lakes RV Park for 2 nights. The smoker smelled great during the day and it looked fun, and so convenient. You don't have to stay at the RV Park to go. After a good hike at Capital Reef NP we came in and had the smoked Tri-tip and Chicken with salad, both were nicely smoked, moist and tender, so good we returned the next night and I got the ribs, which were also fall of the bone good. The sides and desserts were also very good. They do not serve beer or wine but allow you to bring your own. Compliments to the chef!
