I have come to this subway restaurant for years. Some weeks I come twice. The employees are never friendly; never smile. So many times I’ve come away with little to no veggies, a few strands of lettuce and onion or 2 or 3 jalapeños. It’s ludicrous what they charge based on what you get, and the attitude you get. I have lost count how many times the bread has been so stale it crackles in your hand. I mean hard as a rock bread. I never bring the sandwich back, I usually just eat it and deal with the poor quality but not today, I’ve had it. I took it back after one hard crunchy bite. Things are too expensive these days to put up with poor quality products. The employee behind the counter had the nerve to try and tell me they bake fresh bread every morning. That may well be true, but that bread was so stale it had to have been baked Saturday or Sunday. So not only do they lie, are stingy, and make a poor product, not one person said can I make you another sandwich?? The proper business thing to do would be to give a refund AND a remade sandwich along with an apology. They manager ran and hid behind the young woman doing his dirty work. Not one person looked me in the eye or apologized. A true sign of a trashy business. You have just lost the business of someone who probably spent $80 a month in your establishment....
Read moreI arrived at the establishment, only to discover a sign on the door, which clearly stated that they would not longer accept coupons due to "rising cost of commodities", which I am unsure how a billion dollar company cannot afford to accept the coupons they constantly send out in the mail, when their sandwiches are already very pricey, but it is what it is.
The employees were not very professional at all, I inquired about the no coupon sign and the employee I asked was rather chipper about it, so I left the restaurant for a few moments due to undecidedness and being already frustrated with the coupon thing.
After deciding on the purchase of a foot long churro and foot long pretzel, upon immediate reentry, I was greeted with a "Back so soon?" comment from the same employee....

I used to have a lot of respect for this business and was a frequent enough customer once upon a time, but this will be my last ever purchase from this Subway, unless they choose to restaff the restaurant with competent people and stop...
Read moreUsually I love subway and there are no issues...but, I ordered through the app for pickup. One order on the shelf and it was marked with a different name. Went up to counter and told thats my order. I walked back and checked...still says a different name. The response I received was similar to a deer in headlights...I felt as though I was bothering the employees and they just wanted me to take the food and go. I'm easy going...let's just get me my food and I will gladly leave. Guy pulled the food in a back room and opened it up and confirmed it was my food. Handed it to me telling me its mine and away I went. No apologies or anything for the mixup or delay. I appreciate great customer service and will write a review when received...but this was not great and wasn't satisfactory. Mix ups happen...its no big deal...just pretend that you care and say sorry for the wait or name issue...no worries. Don't make me feel like I did something wrong and stand there like I said something offensive. I will be...
