This location has been awful lately. Order online and it’s still not ready 30 minutes later. The staff is so unfriendly now. I ordered an iced americano, 30 minutes later it was finally ready and instead of iced it’s all liquid and about 90degrees. I asked for ice and the woman making the drinks read the label like I was lying, then turned around and started slamming ice into a cup and gave it to me. I don’t use to buy here, but today I did it because Is my birthday’s husband and I want a different breakfast, but the cappuccinos that I ordered were served only to the half of the cup! I claimed for it, and although they served others, the reaction about it was bad of the lady that attended me, she was angry.
