I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years and have generally had a good experience, however, this location has been consistently frustrating. I believe the root issue may be poor management, as the staff I’ve interacted with are typically kind and helpful, but clearly overwhelmed.
Calling in is nearly impossible - you’re often placed on hold for 25 to 45 minutes, only to risk getting disconnected before reaching anyone.
I’ve had the same prescription for about a year, which I pay for out of pocket using a manufacturer’s coupon. Unfortunately, this coupon is never applied proactively. Every single month, I either have to call (and endure the long hold times) or physically stop by to ask them to process the coupon, only to be told it can’t be handled while I wait, requiring me to return again.

Read moreWorst place to shop. They always have one person at the front and she is an older lady who always has an attitude. She speaks to people in the rudest ways. The pharmacy is a joke. They had two people back there and they had no clue what to do with 3 people in line and one in the drive through. This store has gone downhill so bad. I used to work at Walgreens and I could've ran their entire pharmacy on my own better than the two girls in the back. I stood in line up front with 2 people in front of me for 20 minutes while the older lady tried to do a refund on one item and rudely asks the person returning the item after she failed to return it "who rang you up like this?!" Lol first off why would someone know the person at the Walgreens? Second why does it matter? Do your job and return it. I left and won't ever go back. I'm heading to cvs the one store I didn't want to resort to but I ha e to admit they are ten times better than this Walgreens. It's so bad there....
Read moreThis Walgreens pharmacy at Stockbridge is garbage!!! I had to call another Walgreens in Fort Mill bc this 1 didn't have a pharmacist so they was closed a day after labor day. I called them last week 10am nobody answered. Finally a pharmacy tech answered after 3pm and I was checking the status of a new Rx my doctor sent. I was informed they didn't have the meds in Stock and will have it Monday.
I called Monday afternoon and was told the med wasn't ready. I called Tuesday 3 times and was told again, meds not ready. Hours later I go though the drive thru and was told the medicine will be ready this afternoon. I called again after 6pm to see why it's taking so long and another pharmacy tech told me they wasn't able to get the medicine. If this Walgreens cannot get medicine and close at anytime bc they have no pharmacist on call why is this Walgreens still open? Shut...
