I will preface this by saying I am a coffee snob. Most coffee at chain places is so bad and I make a really good cup at home. So I rarely get coffee anywhere and when I do I avoid coffee chains places cause they’re just bad and overpriced.

This spot is different. It has a walk up window to order at and has outdoor seating. I ordered the ‘everything nice’ drink and got it within a minute.
