Boiling Pho — Restaurant in Temecula

Boiling Pho could very well make the best pho in Temecula. We have pretty much visited all restaurants in the area that make pho and this soup was pretty spectacular. Service was top notch as well. Servers were attentive, pleasant and expedient which added to the dining experience. We ordered shrimp spring rolls to share and both ordered the pho ga. The spring rolls were fresh with just the right amount of shrimp, lettuce and herbs. The peanut sauce was very flavorful but not overpowering so that we could enjoy the fresh spring rolls. The chicken pho came out hot with lots of chicken and oodles of rice noodles. The broth was very flavorful, some of the best I have ever tasted. We have come to enjoy researching and visiting pho restaurants. Boiling Pho might just have made our top 5 on our all time favorite Vietnamese restaurants. We will be back. Easy 5 stars and a highly recommended...

This place opened up recently near Pechanga Casino off the freeway exit. It's located in the same plaza as Carl's Jr.

I came here with my parents to try their pho. We shared appetizers of goi cuon (fresh spring rolls, $8.45) that came with a peanut dipping sauce and cha gio (eggrolls, $10.45). The appetizers were good. We each got their #1 combination ($16.95) which came with sliced raw beef, tendon, fatty brisket, lean brisket, and beef meatballs. The broth was seasoned nicely and not too salty.

We absolutely love this place. I prefer it over pho minh because the broth here doesn’t give me a reaction from the MSG like pho Minh does and I like the spring rolls here better as well. I get the #4 - rare steak and lean brisket and it’s always perfectly made. The owner here is so sweet. We’re very happy that it’s close to home and so delicious. I’m a happy repeat...
