Update/Response to JITB:

Yeah, I have something you guys can improve on. Tonight I got that new box that comes with Mozzarella Sticks, Tiny Tacos & Curly Fries. I requested there be no Tiny Tacos, as I am a vegetarian. The fulfilled the request but then I go to open it and notice that they literally made it like they would have if there WERE Tacos included... Instead of, idk, maybe giving me a little extra of the other 2 items to actually give me my money's worth since I'm still paying the same price as one WITH tacos inside!

I guess I'll just have to "request" that next time since it's apparently not a given to do so. I just didn't think I'd have to actually ask such a thing. I wanted the same amount of food but just NO tacos included. 😑

Honestly, it's kinda laughable. I had a good chuckle. But my wallet is not amused one bit.

I'll update my rating depending on how well such a request goes over.

I ordered a combo hamburger with fries and zucchini I specifically mention to them no tomato. When I received my order they still put the Tomato in there and they were very chintzy on their French fries. When I ask extra seasoning from the person I was taking my order and then another employee but it in my conversation with a waitress that took my order, and stated we don't carry seasoning in here . It's not so much that they didn't carry season 8 it's the way he said it and the expression on his face the way he stated to me that didn't carry it it's like if I was crazy why am I asking for cc and I buy me I guess the guy doesn't like seasoning. Anyways the bottom line my order has not made property and they were again and then mentioned prior very Kenzie on the french fries this hamburger cost me almost $16. The food has been descent. The time waiting for orders is not super fast, but tolerable. This morning, I parked my motorcycle in the parking space in front of the entry door. I went in and ordered my food to go. A short J in the B employee started scrubbing the sidewalk that passes the entry door. After he finished scrubbing, he got a water hose and started spraying the area that he just scrubbed. He sprayed the soapy water off the sidewalk and continued to spray it on the tarmac. Kept going, and proceeded to spray the stuff onto my motorcycle. I went out and told him to stop. He did, but he didn't seem to comprehend how un-cool that was. I asked him if he wanted to finish a full wash of my motorcycle, and he chuckled. We spoke a little more, but I think he was surprised I said anything to him about it. I hope management might tell the employees that they shouldn't spray customer's vehicles out in the parking lot. NOT...
